I had been having issues with the bathroom in my basement intermittently flooding. Eddie and Gus from Victor Sewer came and looked at my check valve - it was rusted and not opening. They removed it and hydro jetted the entire sewer line. They are friendly, on time, and knowledgeable. I would hire them again for future jobs.

we had a very slow draining outdoor pipe that almost caused our basement to flood about a month ago. we contacted numerous companies and had it snaked, only for the problem to reoccur.
i found victor sewer and drain on google and the excellent reviews intrigued me, so we called them up.
eddie and gus came the same day and hydro-jetted our pipe AFTER they pulled out a plastic bottle that was logged in our basement pipe trap. all of the other plumbers that we called didn't even think to check the trap since the cap was rusted shut. eddie and gus sawed it off and found the culprit (hopefully). thank the lord above b/c it rained like a bastard after they left and our drain worked like a champ.
i hope to never see these guys again, but am thankful we found them.

Met Eddie and Gus. They explained that there were flash storms and back flow from the city being overwhelmed with water. During further review we found that I had a clogged drain fixed the situation my jetting my sewer line.
