I had a serious drain clog below my bathtub. Victor Sr. came out on short notice to help me out at 5pm on a weekday. What was initially thought to be a simple drain clog removal via plumbing snake turned into quite a challenge as the clog was difficult to remove due to my unit's shared plumbing setup with the neighbor.

He ended up calling in 3 of his sons/staff (Victor Jr., Balthazar, and ""Cheema"" ) to help out. After a couple hours of snaking with no luck, my old, corroded drain pipe cracked open, leading to a leak downstairs! At this point I was pretty concerned! However, they adapted to the situation and acted quickly. They cut into my old drain pipes for better access to the clog and removed it finally. They then replaced my aging drain pipes and tested them. It all worked perfectly, what a relief! They cleaned up after themselves afterward as well.

All the staff, especially Victor Jr. were calm, polite, and very helpful throughout the process. I am extremely grateful to them for working hard till the very to fix my problem properly! I would definitely rely on them again for their honest, high quality work.

Having Victor & Sons in my life has been so comforting. As a single woman it is hard to find businesses who don't try to take advantage. Not only do Victor & Sons (Victor Jr & Hector) go out of their way to find me deals, they help me understand the process of their work and make sure I'm part of all the decisions. They are honest, dedicated, punctual & beyond fair. When I moved into my new house I needed a lot of plumbing work. I also hired them to repipe my entire water system so I could add propane and a tankless water heater. They coordinated with the Propane company and finished the entire project in less than a week making sure to check in to confirm everything was working properly. They make themselves available by text or call whenever I have questions or want to schedule something. I couldn't be happier with them and I'm so glad I never have to worry about any plumbing issues again!

My shower and toilet was clogged in the night time and they came immediately and did a good job and left it very clean the bathroom.
