I needed a leaky outside spigot replaced, called Vic and when I didn't know an answer to a question he asked me to send a picture. He got back right away with a quote, was at my house the next day and quickly replaced it. I would have no problem using him again.

My house is 50 years old - you can imagine I've experienced more than a few plumbers. None is better than Vic. His approach is conscientious, practical and knowledgeable - keeping the customers needs in mind always. Throw in Vic's pleasant, down-to-earth personality and I found a winner! The dishwasher air gap was overflowing into the sink and leaking underneath. It is really crowded under my sink with a disposal, R/o unit, and Water filtration. Expert troubleshooting led to discovery the dishwasher hose was kinked and new Bosch dishwasher was pushing out more pressure than the previous Miele combined with cramped quarters led to the overflow leak problem. Vic deftly rearranged the air gap and soap dispenser on top of the sink to provide more hose room underneath, modified the air gap fittings and hose for a tight fit and adjusted the drain hose to prevent further kinking. He did not leave until he felt satisfied he had fixed the problem! That's what I call stellar customer service.

I had a leak at the base of my toilet. I sent Victor photos and he sent me a quote. He came the next day and quickly, efficiently and cleanly took care of the problem. He was friendly, and instructional, teaching me many things about the plumbing around the house. His price was competitive. Would ask for his help again.

Vic gives quotes over the phone . Which is fine but I made the mistake of accepting his quote at face value without sending him a picture.. this was a first for me.. so when he did show up , he ended up charging me almost twice as much for installing a new toilet.. the additional pricing was for a new shut off valve ( including the valve) and the fact that my toilet seat had a bidet too! Regardless I wouldn't expect these items to increase the cost from $255 to eventually costing me $400 dollars ! The work he did seems fine ( no issues) but overall it was a 3 star experience for me!
