What an awesome experience

Vic picked up the phone right away when I called and said he would be here in two hours. He showed on time. When I went to meet him he had a cheery voice with a welcoming, ""hi I'm Vic"".....I knew we the made the right decision to call him.

He was kind and helpful through our process and fixed the issue in about 30 min.

We found ourself a new plumber and he has a loyal customer base.

Our toilet was leaking from the base. Vic replaced the wax gasket in less than an hour and fixed the leak. He was professional and courteous.

Especially important to us because we have an immunocompromised household member, Vic wore a mask the entire time, is vaccinated, and was happy to take a COVID test (negative result).

We initially called Vic to help with a clogged toilet that we have been having issues and just couldn't unclog with a plunger. Then I started piling on some additional issues we had with the ""glug glug"" noise in the pipes we would hear in the kitchen every time we ran the washing machine. Vic ended up using a snake to clear the toilet and also doing a line cleanout both from the roof and directly through the sewer line. All the work was completed in about an hour. He even got 3 more service calls during the time he was at our house! I can see why he's so popular! He was nothing less than calm, professional and patient when explaining the work that needed to be done and was happy to answer all my questions. I highly recommend Vic!

Vic was awesome! We had a sink which was clogged. We live in a townhome with close-fitting pipes and joints which are not easy to clean. Prior to Vic, another plumber inspected the clogging and could not fix it.

Vic was able to snake through the drain quickly. He realized what went wrong with the other plumber - was able to adjust and remove the clogs. He was in and out of house quick and did good reliable work.

I would recommend Vic for any plumbing needs.

Vic just finished snaking our sewer line for us in order to solve a bad (to us) back up. We didn't realize we had a problem until water started coming out of the bottom of our toilet....apparently that happens when the pressure from a sewer clog gets to be too much. Not knowing what to do, I searched for a plumber in my area. Vic's Handy Plumbing came up and I made a quick call. Despite it being a holiday, he picked up and was working. He was able to diagnose the issue from talking with me over the phone and said he'd be over in an hour. Vic came by and quickly snaked our sewer line. We'll be saving Vic's number for future maintenance and potential issues.
