Found a small leak, texted a photo, got instant reply saying he'd call soon. He called 1 hour later with his quote, came in person a few hours later to see what parts he'd need, and confirmed a time to fix the leak the following morning. Came right on time the next morning. Not only fixed the leak, but also took steps to prevent the leak from recurring (waiting an extra 30 minutes for glue to dry, putting supports around the pipe, cutting tree roots, etc.). He also turned on the water and left, so that we'd use it for a few hours to make sure the leak was really fixed, before he returned to back-fill all the dirt. Answered all questions thoroughly, gave useful tips for the future, and even fixed a small completely separate issue without charging extra. Definitely 5 stars.

I highly recommend Vic. I have called on him 3 times for my plumbing issues and i have been satisfied with the job every single time. He is upfront with what needs to be done and also makes suggestions on how I can save on repairs.

We have used Vic twice, as we were quite satisfied from our previous service call.

Vic was responsive, answered our call right away, and showed up on time. With our more recent call, our bathtub would not stop running. He talked us through how to shut off the water to our house, then he had asked us to text photos and when he arrived he diagnosed the problem AND had the needed part already on his truck. The price was fair and the service excellent.

Both times Vic was responsive, gave accurate times for his arrival, and gave estimates on the phone that he honored.

I know five-star reviews are suspicious, yet Vic earned this, not once but twice. If we need a plumber again, we'll definitely call Vic.

After reading the rave reviews of this company, I called Vic to replace the wax ring of a leaky toilet. I described the job and asked him for a quote. He quoted a very reasonable price on the phone. It's rare for plumbers to give a quote on the phone, let alone a competitive quote. They typically come over and evaluate the job before quoting a price. They don't even give a price range on the phone. And they charge for the estimate, ranging from $69 to a few hundred dollars depending on the job. Their quotes are typically exorbitant. If you don't like their price, you'll end up paying for the estimate and be back on square one. Anyway, Vic came over the next morning and took care of the job. His attitude, thoroughness and professionalism are exceptional. Going forward, Vic will be my first choice for all our plumbing work.

There's absolutely no way these drones of 5 star reviews were real. I would look at the ones that aren't 5 stars. I came to write this review because ive never experienced worse service. Victor never removed the clog, but the water did flow down and we payed full plus tip thinking nothing of it. Later that day that clog readjusted itself and our pipes were backed up again. So we called vic and asked him to please come back. How he responded was disgusting. ""I told you not to pour anymore grease down that drain. Did you?"" Blaming me for a bad job. And he followed that with i can come and fix it again, for half price more! And not wanting to call another plumber we agreed. Stuffing that pipe because of the smell of sewage was filling the room and he played phone tag. No im busy. Maybe tomorrow. Sorry couldnt make it. No response for a week! We payed a new plumber. He was APPALLED that victor didnt give ANY kind of warranty. If i were you i would go with patterson. It was only 5 dollars more. If you can see this vic i demand my refund!

Vic was quick to respond when I called, gave a reasonable quote over the phone and was able to come to my house in less than an hour. It was a quick job to unclog the drain in my bathroom sink using a snake. My sink is missing the stopper because it broke a few months ago and he suggested I buy a cheap mesh sink strainer at Home Depot instead of buying a new faucet since the faucet is still in good condition.

I asked him to take a look at my other bathroom that had a very slight drain problem and he fixed that too using a Zip-It, which he also suggested I buy to save me a plumber visit. When he went to his van to get the Zip-It, he said he had a present for me and gave me his extra sink strainer. He didn't charge me extra for the strainer or for fixing the other sink (it was only a very minor clog, but other plumbers might've charged me).

I really appreciated that he was giving me suggestions to help me fix the problems myself and save money, even if it means cutting down on his business. I will definitely call Vic if I have any plumbing issues in the future. Such a nice and honest guy!
