Vick did a phenomenal job with my clogged toilets. At first I was skeptical because of past horrible experience with other repairman but after watching Vick perform snaking my main line drain several times and hearing the water running through the pipe, problem solved. He is so honest and efficient and only charged me less that what he quoted me over the phone when we first talk.

Vick was awesome!!! We demo'ed our countertops on a Saturday and we're prepping for a new install later in the week. While removing the sink and securing the waterline underneath, my husband applied too much pressure to a line, causing it to leak. We called Vick, he answered and stated he had to finish a job he was at but then would be able to come out. An hour later we received a text that he was leaving Oceanside and headed our way. He was personable and pleasant. He looked over the lines and confirmed the leak and explained what he needed to do to fix it. He was willing to answer all of our questions even those
that pertained to plumbing but were unrelated to the leak. He had cut the damaged line, re-soldered a new line and told us how to secure it next time to avoid pressure to prevent from happening again. He had it repaired in less than an hour, sent our invoice, accepted payment and had it marked paid all before leaving. We will definitely call on him for future work we need done and recommend him to our friends and family when they need a plumber.

Woke up to a major drainage issue today which was far from Ideal! Vic was able to come out to see us same day and despite some issues with the original plumbing he was able to get everything resolved for us.
