DON'T use these guys! They were contracted by my home warranty to fix my clogged drain in the garage. They came and saw that I didn't have a clean out drain and looked upset about it but snaked the drain anyway and supposedly cleared the stoppage. But within a week, the problem reoccurred. I called them about the problem again but this time they refused to come back. They said they're not coming back because I need to have a clean out drain installed first, which is an expensive thing. All I wanted was for them to snake the drain again to quickly fix the problem since I couldn't use my kitchen sink or wash clothes but they refused. I called my home warranty (First American Home Warranty) and they denied authorization to send another plumbing company because this Vic and Ray Plumbing told them I don't have a clean out drain! Luckily I was able to get another plumber who just ran a snake through the drain and quickly resolved the problem! Horrible company!

Vic & Ray ARE GREAT. My hot water heater died after 20 years (can you imagine) and they worked with my warranty company quickly and I had a new water heater installed (covered by warranty) the next morning. They explain everything they are doing in great detail. Excellent service!!!!!!!!

This is the plumbing/rooter business that I would recommend to do the plumbing rooter issues. Their company was the 2nd plumber who got hired by our warranty company after the 1st plumber didnt complete the job and kept us hanging. Victor was very polite and professional, and tried to root the kitchen clog even our condo does not have a ground level clean out. He showed up on scheduled time. He was able to clear the clog in a short amount of time and gave us tips on how to make sure it does not clog ever again. We are very satisfied with the service.

Vic and Ray have both provided excellent service in my home. They are professional, friendly and prices seem very fair. They fixed 2 toilets and accommodated my schedule for the appointments and left the areas clean
