I've used Jairo (Vicdrains) for multiple plumbing needs. Total main line replacement, toilet issues.. water heater replacement...this week an emergency cracked tub install that was left incomplete by someone else. He replaced plumbing, checked what was left by the other guy and refered a great tile guy . All last minute fit me in. Plumbing is expensive, I feel his prices are fair and you can trust him. . His crew are polite & efficient. I appreciate his explanations & thorough inspections.

Be sure to get a quote before he starts work. He tried to take advantage of me by replacing 1 bolt on toilet and one water spicket. 45 minutes work and tried to charge me 750 dollars

I had an appointment today and the plumber didn't show or call to tell me that he needed to reschedule. I was very disappointed as my neighbor recommend him. I called and didn't get an answer after my appointment time had come and gone, 5 hours later and I'm yet to hear from him.

Shower faucet started leaking in drips then quickly started pouring.... Also had a problem with hot water faucet lever. Contacted Jairo of Vic Drains in the evening. He was able to fit me in the next day and make needed repairs. I got new pipes installed overhead by Chico. He was pleasant and did such a great job! It is very clean, and nicely done that I had to take pictures. I highly recommend them!

Horrible customer experience. Don't know how to deal with a customer.

We had to route water and drain pipe as part of kitchen remodeling. The task was to extend and pipes by 6 feet behind the cabinets and hook the water line to the faucet. This was a temporary solution. The temporary setup needed wooden plank on top of the farmhouse kitchen where the faucet would hookup (until the countertop show up in 10 days)

Mr Guido and his coworker showed up and even before touching the pipe or inquiring where the shutoff valve is started complaining I don't do work with others, this area is crowded, where is the wooden plank. I explained him the contractor is on his way with the plank and he can start from the pipe end and cut/extend pipes, make holes in the cabinet backs etc. ""I don't do work like this. Gets crowded. I bump into other people. This is not ok"".

I called the contractor and told him this is not ok and I don't need this attitude. Mr Guido turned around and said ""if you don't like me I don't like you"". At that point I just asked him to leave.

The co worker was very nice gentleman. No issues with him for the record

Jairo was actually recommended to be by another plumber I have used for many years. I had a water backup and a pipe that was leaking behind a wall. Jairo's guys made it out the same day and got the backup fixed and the leak repaired. They cleaned it up nice as well and did it for a fair price! I'll be calling them again!
