SO happy with the service!! VHL just came out to replace my toilet. And Manny came promptly. He was SOOOO professional!!! He was amazing. He cared about my floors and carpet, and laid down several heavy duty tarps. When he was finished, the bathroom was so tidy and looked wonderful. He took the time to explain and show how the new system in the toilet worked. Helped me with the warranty card making sure I have the model and serial number correct. As a senior reading those tiny numbers is NOT easy. Again Manny really went the extra mile to help me. And I am most grateful. AND I highly recommend to ANYONE looking for a decent plumbing company to ask for this one. AND maybe you'll be lucky enough to get Manny to come to your home....respectfully, Shelley Hess Burbank CA 11/27/19 and note it's one day BEFORE Thanksgiving and my guests will be thrilled too!!

I wanted to leave a review for this awesome company who worked on our plumbing for a bathroom remodel. The guys are all amazing, friendly and great workers. Beyond impressed with them. A few months later we had a leak in an old water heater and they came out immediately and replaced the water heater same day. The owner Vince could not be nicer.

Overcharged. Plumber started charging from the time they received the call even though it took them 90 minutes to arrive (and the call was to Burbank). This was my second and last time using them

This is yet another negative review regarding their lack of concern in keeping an appointment. I made an appointment to replace a toilet through the Burbank replacement program. My appt time was 12:00 - 2:00 pm. At 3:00 pm, I called and inquired. I was told the plumber had been held up at his prior appointment and would not make it to my house. Really? They missed the appointment and did not bother to call to let me know. It's difficult enough to be sure someone is home to let a plumber in but very frustrating when they don't have the courtesy to notify me they will be late, or not arrive at all. Looking at previous reviews, this seems to be a pattern. Very disappointing.

I used to use these guys and trust the owner, but they flaked on me for a confirmed appointment and when I called to find out why I was told ""I didn't even realize no one picked up this order."" Great, very helpful. Apparently appointments mean nothing to them at this point, very disappointed as I used to like this company despite the fact they are a bit more expensive than the competition. Look elsewhere.

We used this co they tried to over charge us,plumber said he worked half hour longer than what he really did tried charge us more,I strongly advise you not to use this company

Unreliable. I called a couple of days to make an appointment. They took awhile to call me back. I then set an appointment for today between 12 - 3 pm where they would call 30 minutes in advance. At 3:30 pm I called and left a message I hadn't heard from them. It is 6:12 pm now and I still have not heard from them. I worked at home today, which is inefficient for me, and then they act like they just don't care. I'm done with these guys.

VHL was hired and paid by our landlord to Hydrojet our plumbing lines, as we'd been having weekly blockages for months. We had hired other plumbers first, but when they ran into difficulties, instead of persevering through, they recommended high priced alternatives. VHL stuck with the job!
At one point, they spent more than a half-hour simply trying to remover a clean-out cover that probably had been there since the building was built 30 years ago and never been opened. But, once they got it opened, they flushed the lines another 200 feet and solved our problems.
This is one good company and they'll stick with you to complete the job!

You really should research if want a job done right. These did an excellent job with very difficult scenario and timely. I recommend get quotes from many plumbing services but include these guys too, because you'll find the cheaper guys but they take bad short cuts. These guys don't.

5 Star Service Let me start there. I had a huge issue with my main line destroyed by roots right at the city connection. I made the situation worse by digging an un-permitted hole and created havoc with the city. I got 3 bids and Vince was the best price and the best guy. As soon as the city knew I hired him they backed off and the whole mess was done in 1 day. I would highly rccomend VHL for any plumbing job
