Steven was on time, very polite, very professional and the customer service from the girl on the phone was amazing as a whole. If you need your septic tank cleaned this is a great company to use. Highly recommend.

Vet's plumbing was called to fix my father's leaky sink. They were very professional and communicated at a high level. Their pricing for the repairs was pretty fair. I think I could have done it cheaper with another provider, but they definitely provided their expertise and went the extra mile. That matters!!

In August 2022 I got a quote for $1800 to re-pipe a park model manufactured home. The work was to include re-piping to 2 new faucets, 5 new shut-off valves and a new 20 gallon water heater. I was to purchase the water heater and faucets. All other materials (about 40' of plastic pipe, valves and connectors) were included in the bid.
Now, just over 2 months later when the unit is available to work on, ""Jeff"" says that he will not honor the $1800 bid because of pipe cost increases, he now needs $2700. $700 more for 40' of pipe? From one 16 year service veteran to other vets. There is no honor with Vet's Plumbing.

would definitely not recommend to any one! I called to have my septic pumped, the guy they sent out was very rude and acted like we should know how everything works. He explained we had to pump the drywell, told us good luck finding it, pumped the septic tank and departed. I was also over charged because it was the ""weekend"", poor services!

Vets plumbing was hired to pump out our septic, they pumped out out drywell instead. We found out by less than a year latter we had an issue with the drywell and needed to get bids to have it repaired. That is when we found out they pumped that instead of the septic. We called to address it with them, we where met with a hard stance of it's not their fault. They refused to even come out to the property and see, they refused to offer anything other than an argument and that we where wrong. Will never use this company again and would never recommend them to anyone.

Two stars since the rep on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was downhill from there. The guy they sent out seemed resentful that they even sent him to my house. He complained that he was too old to be working full time and the new owner didn't understand this. That wasn't even the worst part. He overwhelmingly complained that my septic system wasn't setup right (like complaining would make things better). Was grossly over charged for his ""trouble shooting"" suggestions which now I realize was just a way to upsell. Upset with this place, upset with myself for not realizing these tactics until after the fact. 395$ later I'm no closer to getting my septic service resolved; but one thing's certain, they're not getting anymore of my money.

As usual Vets saved the day. Have used for years. Ernie is a total asset to this company.

Initially their price seemed fair and they could come out quickly so I was eager to give them my business. Apparently, the receptionist didn't ask enough questions to give the proper quote. The man that came out to do the work didn't tell me there was going to be an extra charge before starting. He knocks on the door says is done and I am ready to pay $315 as I was quoted and the amount of cash I had. He said it would be $440, so I had to give him my debit card that he wrote down in their archaic unsecured method. My biggest issue is the complete lack of communication from the man who came out. If you are going to change the price (especially because of YOUR error) you need to say it BEFORE you start work.

I had a sump pump emergency...Vets Plumbing arrived this morning to pump it out. They responded very quickly. I called two other companies first. One company told me that they couldn't come out until this Friday, the other one told me next Friday. They are friendly and very professional. Call them first to save yourself some time.
