Used this company to fix a leak in the bathroom in September in Oceanside, the tech was amazing hence at least a star.

Asked the tech if the company could provide a quote for REFITTING pipes in the entire home and was told yes.

Day of the appt the owner was a no show and only called after the allotted time to say he was not going to make it. Things happen sure....

The next appointment he did show up as agreed, my husband and him went over in detail what is needed to do the refitting and was told he would be back a few days later with a quote.

He did come back and showed my husband a tablet.

Then and asked him to pick one?
Pick one what? he replied with"" just pick a quote on here""

There was no elaboration on materials, time, brands used or anything. There were however many add-ons no one requested but wanted him to pick?

When my husband ""a construction manager and civil Eng. "" asked him for specifics, the owner seem to not have many answer to give and the ones he provide had been vague at best.

My husband asked him to please provide clarifications on the quotes so they could proceed and was told by the owner himself he would provide the next day or 2.

Well needless to say the owner is NOT a man of his word and till this day cannot seem to be bothered to reach back out to my husband

Horrible all the way around.

Owners should lead by example, in this case what a bad one he provides

Eric from Yogi' Plumbing & Drain Service (now Vets 4 You Plumbing Heating & Air) has been servicing our well connected neighborhood and our friends for quite a long time. He is the person you want for plumbing problems. Eric is friendly, listens, explains everything, answers all your questions, is on time, clean... and you cannot beat his price! If he knows your neighborhood homes, you can get a fair quote over the phone. I know of friends who contacted Eric to ""undo"" the problems caused by another plumber. Call and ask for Eric, you will not be disappointed!

Our Air Conditioner had started acting up earlier this week. We actually had an appt scheduled with another company set next Wednesday. Friday night it went out completely. Saturday, the inside temp reached over 90 degrees. I tried calling our original scheduled company. They had nothing available. Called several others along with Vets 4 You around 4-5 p. Of the 3 called, Vets 4 You was the only ""On Call"" that returned our call that evening. We scheduled for Sunday morning. Our Tech ROBERT, called me at 8a and was at my house by 8:45. Within 30 min he had it diagnosed. 45min later we had cold air. Cost was good considering it was the weekend. WE signed up for routine maintenance and they applied todays ""On Call"" rate to our routine service. Thank You ROBERT and Vets 4 You for the quick service ON THE WEEKEND! Sunday in our house was Cool and comfortable.

Well, timing is everything, and Jordan was the right guy for helping me deal with a challenging and ongoing plumbing reality! Mainline with a history of clogs, 70 year-old house, and two beautiful big junipers in front of the house.(our 2 toilets were either not flushing, or barely flushing; the worst) I had just read the words ""hydro-jetting"", while searching online, and had my own great, but wrong idea of what that might be.

I told Jordan the whole history of issues with our mainline and the age of the house. Jordan was very knowledgeable, and able to answer my questions, and my doubts.(sure enough, he was going to school for work in the field. I could pretty much tell!)? When I asked about hydro-jetting, he informed me of what that entails and why. He offered a plan, three plans actually. I couldn't believe that he could get all that done in two to three hours. He said he could and would with the help of another guy who arrived within 10 minutes.

Well, they did the hydro-jetting, reseated the two toilets that needed to be unseated for the process, AND Jordan left the toilet base and floor of the front bathroom looking better than when he arrived!! Seriously! I was pleased/impressed! I told him jokingly, that I seriously needed a ""plumbing maid"" because there were so many other ""small things"" to address/GET FIXED! Again, the timing was right and he and I made a plan for me to finally address so many little things 'one' puts on the proverbial ""back burner""!!

Finally we took a look at the pipes with a scope. Clean, cleared, but also clear that I will need their services for bigger, major work, on old corroding and even collapsing cast iron pipes. Jordan was the right guy at the right time, to assuage my reluctance! ""Biting"" the reality ""bullet"" on an ""older"" house!

Brandon responded quickly and had my air conditioning back up and running in less than an hour at a reasonable price. The office person I dealt with with was also very helpful and cordial. This is my AC company from now on.

From the office Representative Amanda to the professional plumbers that arrived at my home each were absolutely exceptional. Daniel's attention to detail, communication skill set, and his sense of urgency to repair our multiple home leaks was extraordinary. I would also like to thank Tim, Daniel's ride along in training, what a diamond in the rough, personable, hardworking, and a willingness to learn everything within his newfound career was amazing. I could tell immediately who the teacher was and who the student candidate was. Each of the above employees openly displayed a genuine concern for my family's welfare and each displayed an unquenchable thirst for added responsibility.
