This was the worst experience I had in my life. I understand that plumbers get busy, but this person did not keep appointments. Left our house to get parts, said he would be back in 20 minutes and disappeared for 4 hours. Raised his voice at me when I expressed my disappointment in his lack of communication. Finished the job at midnight and left without a word. In the end our water heater was replaced, but the frustration dealing with this contractor was awful.

The owner showed up quickly to check out our well pump which was not working. He unbolted the well pipe plate, pulled out the pipes and pump. He threw everything back together very sloppily and dropped it down the well. He wanted to replace all kinds of things that were not needed and I said no. He never replaced the top seal which is supposed to clamp on the main well pipe. He said he didn't have one in his truck. He could have driven two miles to East lawn Supply to buy one but he said he would be back. Well he got a huge check from us and he didn't come back. I called him for 5 days and he kept making excuses that he had jobs to do at other places. I insisted that he would come back and finish our job. So the sixth day his partner and son came to work on the well cap. His partner was very upset and he said he always gives me his unfinished jobs. He said the pump should have never been dropped in the well without replacing the cap first. I said I know I did a few of these myself. Now his partner had to cut the cap in half to change it. It was a major struggle for the guy! After our job was finished the partner said he was finished with this guy. He ended up walking away and started his own business. This whole project turned into a major nightmare and I will never get Veterans Plumbing again for anything!!! BR from Nazareth
