I really appreciated that they could leave me a vm (when I missed their call) with a quote for a new sink garbage disposal, based on my description of the symptoms in a vm to them. That saved us both time and energy and them money!

And yet I was more sure that a simple replacement would fix the weird electrical thing that was happening after another repair person had actually been to the house for a quote by the time I heard their vm.

But quoting $450 or whatever it was for a $200 part and an hour or so in labor was WAY EXCESSIVE labor prices,

and it was $150 more than I ended up paying to another 5-star business, and they weren't going to be able to get to my job until after the weekend.

Excessive pricing for basic jobs has become the norm in our area and it's ridiculous when basic jobs are probably (or should be) any contractor or repair person's bread and butter, not the ""upgrade"" jobs that many of us can't afford and most don't really need.

Ian was amazing! He found the problem with our RO water system quickly, then was very kind to also add on service for testing our water pressure to the house (some neighbors said theirs was way too high). He gave us an estimate for a utility sink, and some advice (that we asked for) for water heater care, and utility sink in the garage.)

We have been looking for a plumber that could help us with some upcoming projects, and Ian is the guy!

TOBIN showed up a day early to assess the situation, ordered the parts and found out there was a warranty on our water purifier after all. Should be delivered by the end of the week, and he will be back to install it as part of his service call. Couldn't have any better service. Definitely will use them again.

We had an emergency main water line leak on a Sunday morning, and got a hold of the on-call plumber, John. Briefly described to him the situation, and he was on his way after a 5-minute phone call. John knew the exact parts to bring and it only took him 30 to 40 minutes to resolve the leak. I have used veterans plumbing many times and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!

They wont respond to you if you live in a mobile home. We live in a mobile home we purchased new in 1995 and always kept it in impeccable shape. Despite that I'm a veteran, they still wouldn't come out to solve/fix my kitchen faucet problem as I live in a mobile home. Never herd such bs coming from so called professional people like this in my life, let alone that they claim to be an all veterans plumbers group. I'm 73 yrs young. They disgrace and tarnish the meaning of us true veterans that stride to do onto others as you'd wish them to do onto you.

After a very bad experience with another Plumbing company in Boise, I called Veterans Plumbing to repair/replace the leaking yard faucets. Veterans arrived as scheduled, explained the issue and fixed it as promised. I would recommend them, the repairs were perfect. The plumber was very pleasant and professional.
