I needed my shower and sink faucet replaced. Sean showed up early for the job. He was very friendly and professional. He assessed the job situation and noticed that my sink was also not in great shape. He asked if I wanted that replaced as well. I've been wanting to do that for awhile, but didn't know if I could afford it at that time. He quoted the price and I agreed because it was very reasonable. I also got a veteran's discount for being a veteran myself. He went and got the new sink and installed it, along with the sink and shower faucets. My bathroom looks great now. I'm really happy with Veterans Plumbing and I would use them again for my future projects.

Back in April we had Ray come to check out a leak. He came up from the crawl space told my wife that the refrigerator line had a leak and that we needed to have a restoration group out. Ray reassured my wife not to worry this would be covered by insurance and preceded to call his restoration group of choice. Here we are today claim was denied we have paid the restoration group thousands of dollars and I am having to fix my house. I do not recommend this company as they need to better educate their employees to not go around saying this will be covered by insurance when all they need to say is call your insurance company to see if this is covered or not.

This company is the best! John has been out here a couple of times and is one of the most efficient and experienced guys I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! The company is made up of of great people and I will always highly recommend them!

We had a leak in the ceiling of our basement below the kitchen. We shut off the water to the house and started looking for a plumber. Based on the reviews here, we chose Veterans Plumbing. They were quick to respond and quick to show up. Our technician did a great job identifying the issue (water line from kitchen sink over to the refrigerator), replacing the water line, testing it and then cleaning up. We were also impressed that we didn't have to ask for him to wear a mask as he followed our lead.
Based on my past experience with plumbers, Veterans rate was fair and better than what we have seen in the past.
Thank you so much for getting us taken care of! I highly recommend Veteran's Plumbing and if we ever have an issue in the future, they will be our first call.

Management and the owner contacted me after we posted our problem on Yelp. They were so accommodating to us and offered to tear out the grass that was ruined and add in new sod. They just installed the new sod and did a fantastic job. Mistakes and are bound to happen, but I feel like the most important aspect of a business is how they respond to their mistakes. I will consider using veterans plumbing again because I know that no matter what happens, they will make it right and take care of us.

Loved everything about my experience with veterans plumbing! They were easy to get ahold of, friendly, and communicative. Dropping a star for a couple of minor things.
When I called, I was clear with dispatch that this was likely going to be a two person job because of the length of the sewer line, that it would likely require a machine that would cut roots and that the cleanout was in a basement. That wasn't communicated to the tech who showed up alone.

Thought I was going to need the main sewer line cleared. The tech assessed the situation and started with a smaller snake. Turns out that's all that was needed.

I wasn't particularly concerned about not wearing a mask, but the tech didn't ask if I preferred that he did. Given the level of concern back in January, it would have been appropriate to ask.
