Called back even on the Memorial Day, I was expecting the call the following day.
I explained the problem over the phone and a general price estimate was given.
I agreed on the service call with date and time. They communicated their arrival time and came within the window. Gave me a clear estimate which was within the price range given over the phone.
Work was performed quickly without the wasting time.
I would use veterans plumbing again for future use (hopefully I won't have to)

Hired these guys to clear out a couple of slow drains. They got the job done, but explained we could have fixed the issue with a $5 drain weasel from Lowe's, then charged us $180 for less than an hour's worth of work. While the initial work was being performed I asked about replacing two sink drain plunger ""caps"" and he said you have to replace the whole thing. Quoted me $250-$275 for the job. We passed then went to Lowe's to buy a drain weasel and new plungers (with cap) for about $7 each. I replaced all 3 plungers in the house in 20 minutes with zero prior experience. Not a fan of people who try to rip people off. Help me and I'll gladly you pay you. Try to rip me off and well, you probably aren't getting repeat business for me again.

Five stars for Veterans Plumbing! After being disappointed at a quote offered by Meridian Plumbing, I called Veterans plumbing. Veterans provided outstanding work, excellent customer service, and an honest price. I live in a single wide manufactured home and am on a budget. I had a badly dripping roman tub with a low flow on my hot water side and Sean with Veterans Plumbing gave me a quote that did not gouge me. He beat the Meridian Plumbing estimate by the thousands! While Meridian Plumbing did minimal inspection, and gave me a ridiculous estimate in the thousands because they wanted to tear up and rebuild my tub tile due to no access panel, Sean with Veterans Plumbing was honest, friendly and went the extra mile with his inspection, calmly stating that he could go underneath my single wide and do the work from there. Toven with Veterans Plumbing was the plumber who came and did the job, and Toven was very professional, trustworthy and courteous. A marine corps vet, Toven answered my questions and helped inform me in a way the other company did not. Toven carefully replaced my old faucet with a new Moen, fixing both problems. I highly recommend Veterans Plumbing for their honest work, great prices, friendliness, and professionalism. Five Stars for Veterans Plumbing!

These guys are THE BEST! Scott and his team have helped me on two whole house remodels in recent years. They completely repiped my current home along with replaced all fixtures and installed tankless water heater and water softener. Everything done beautifully. Scott responded to my request for a quote very quickly. We communicated over several days by email. He was courteous, knowledgeable and patient with my questions. We needed a quick recovery gas water heater to match one that was failing. Scott reviewed several options. In the end, I did go with a different plumber because of a closer match in water heaters - nothing at all against Scott. His bid was very competitive and virtually the same as the one we went with, so it just came down to the product line available for a special need. I would have had no hesitation having Scott do the work given my experience with him working through the issue. Thanks Scott.

Had a bad Moen shower valve which was next to impossible to turn so I called these guys about 10am and asked if someone could come look at it. They told me someone come by between 2 and 4 to check it out and give me an estimate. Short time later office called and said they had a tech that could come earlier and of course I agreed. He showed up with a very fair and honest estimate and proceeded to do the job in a very short time as agreed.

Love these guys! They worked with me to fix my slow drains and shower head in the cheapest way possible. I also needed to swap out a toilet. They gave me a price by text. The ""other"" guy wanted to come out (with a $45 charge) to give me an estimate. Are you kidding? It's 2018. Will definitely call them again the next time I need help.

Had a utility sink installed by Veterans and thus far it has been great! Got a very competitive quote and when we pulled the trigger they were available within a couple days for the install.

Took about four hours to run the pipes and assemble/install the sink. That's good, right? (I don't know anything about plumbing)

Very friendly, Tover was great and clean. The owner (Scott I think?) was also good to work with, helped me pick brands from Home Depot because ""it's the same quality but much cheaper than plumbing supply store""

This company was prompt and helpful Bc of my mess I created pretending I was a plumber. I epoxied the bathroom shower tile and took the faucet and hardware off the shower. I realized this was a project I couldn't do Bc the faucet was leaking and wouldn't stop. I got in a jam and ran around like a crazy person trying to find the exterior parts of the shower at Lowe's, Home Depot, Grovers, and the Plumping Supply Store to fix the shower. I bought what I was told would work. This house was built in 1992 with American Standard parts.

I had it!!!! so called veterans, they were super nice and sent Sean within an hour. Sean had to run and go get his ""own"" parts from Nampa, that look newer, more modern and a give a more updated look (this took 1 hour). There was no plumbing that needed to be fixed behind the tile. I'm not familiar with plumbing cost, the plumber said it was 125 an hour. I had to run to work so let the man do his work.

The bill came to $433, $73.56 for the parts and $359.44. 2.8 hours worth of work (minus) drive time to Nampa, mmmmmmm. I'm very satisfied with the new parts, how quick they were. I had a discrepancy with the time worked to fix the parts. I called Scott (owner) and he fixed the invoice taking $125 off.

Just had Veterans Plumbing out and the technician was great. I think his name was Tover, he showed up on time (actually early) and explained the project and necessary steps. He worked quietly, cleanly and efficiently. I even received a Veterans discount which wasn't expected at all.
I've only been in town a few months but I've already found the only plumbing service I'll ever use. I highly recommend you give them a call if you find yourself in need.
