Our simple bathtub surround replacement ended up not being very simple. The pre-made wall surrounds and window trim kit did not fit. Thank goodness Veterans Choice Plumbing Heating and Air didn't give up and found a solution. We are extremely happy with our new tub and tiled wall surround. Veteran's Choice and the tile guy they contracted (Gary Duff Ceramic Tile and Stone), showed up on time, put in a lot of work, cleaned up when they finished, and provided us with a beautiful bathtub with tiled wall surround. It was a pleasure doing business with the team. Thank you everyone!

Veteran's Choice is a great company. We had them come out for a yearly furnace check. They found cracks on the coils which were leaking carbon monoxide. It was a safety issues so both units were turned off. The owner, Steve came out to do a second inspections based on the findings. He told us we didn't need to replace the smaller unit, but figured as a safety issue we would replace both because of the safety issue. The crew, Alfredo and Josephar were.professional and technically competent. They worked until all the installation issues were resolved.

We highly recommend veterans choice for your heating, plumbing and air needs.

During a heat wave they scheduled me out very quickly even though My issue was really not considered an emergency in my mind. I knew I had a clogged attic line. Joshua was very nice. He cleaned out my attic lines, checked ducts, outside unit, etc and explained things to me. He did not try to sell me anything which was refreshing. The price was very reasonable and the service was fast. I definitely would trust this company again I will be keeping their information for the future.

Prior to calling Vetrans Choice Plumbing Heating and Air, I had called another company, actually speaking to someone, and when i left two messages and texted to schedule an appointment, I was ignored. They did not want to do a quick service job during the heat wave. Vetrans choice responded quickly!

Veteran's choice was amazing! I called them with an AC issue in the dead heat of summer and they were able to send someone out as soon as they could and got the AC fixed and working as good as ever. Joshua was our service technician and had the best customer service and knowledge I could ask for. He came and fixed the problem in a timely manner without trying to up-sale me on any additional products which I really appreciated. Will definitely be working with them with any HVAC issues going forward.
