Our heat went out and we reached out to Veteran's Choice Plumbing Heating and Air. They immediately responded and had availability to come out within the hour.
Exceptional service and quality. He explained everything that was going on, took pictures, told us the details about the manufacture, and fixed all the issues we were having.
You always want to hire reliable and quality with the expectation they will come in and do it the right way. They did just that!

We had our heat pump go out in Temecula during a cold spell in late November and called Veteran's. They came out the next day and discovered our motherboard was fried. Once the part was in, they came right out and installed the unit for us. The Tech that came out was friendly and courteous, he even helped me install and set up my new Nest thermostat. The Gal in the office was very communicative and helpful and kept me updated on everything. Very professional plumbing outfit and I will use them again for sure.

Quickly responsive, showed up on time, assessment was clear and the repair for our AC was pleasantly affordable! Veteran discount was a nice perk, but I'd recommend Veterans Choice to non-vets as well!

Adding to my review, as my heater went out recently and I called VC again. They responded quickly and had Tim out the next day. Now, Tim Burk fixed our AC last time and was fantastic. He came out again and fixed our heater (thermostat) in about an hour. I like Tim, and after working with him twice, I absolutely trust him with any repairs I may need in the future. He's clear and honest about the problem, and offers multiple options for fixing it, factoring in costs, time and longevity. Again, even if you aren't a vet, I highly recommend Veteran's Choice!

It was great to work with a veteran owned company that justifies its any 5 star reviews. I went through 4 other previous HVAC companies receiving horrible customer service before I found and contacted Veterans Choice who replace both of my 34 year old systems. Excellent price with exceptional customer service. Chris, Alex and Stephen were fantastic to work with. From the time quoted, all new systems were installed and working a week later.

I called this company because they advertise they take care of veterans. We'll they finally came out. Got here and hour and a half late and all I asked for was an estimate to run 25' of copper pipes, tapped into city water to the spigot they feed my laundry room. The laundry room feed my barns. Absolutely no digging involved. They have me an estimate a week later of almost $1700.00. I called them and the technician said that was what the estimate that they gave me and it would not be changed. They were going to give me a Veterans discount of a whopping big 10%. Instead of helping Veterans, they are ripping us off and overpricing their estimates. They should have to change their name to Not a choice for Veterans!
We rip them off especially if you are disabled!!!!!

Incredibly pleased with their work performance and enthusiasm to assist me. Called late on a Wednesday, returned my phone call within an hour. Owner/Manager made time for me the following day. Christian arrived early in the morning, incredibly professional and explained to me in detail the shortcomings of my air conditioner problem. Had the part available, replaced it. Problem solved. If I had any additional problems or concerns he would be more than happy to stop by later if the problem persisted. Would highly recommend in the future. Bravo Zulu.

Tim came out today and accessed my AC and performed pressure tests on my condenser and did a fabulous job in letting me know what needed to be done and gave me options.
