Stephen was great! Our heater was not working downstairs during a particularly chilly time. I reached out to Stephen and he arranged to come out the same day. The repair was quick, easy, and affordable. We were even able to get a couple more minor repairs knocked out while he was here. Honest and reliable, would definitely call Stephen again.

Amazing Service! I was completely satisfied! I received polite customer service quick and easy scheduling and they showed up on time. Stephen answered all my questions. They wore a mask which was complying to the CDC face covering recommendations. And finished the job quick. Pricing was great if not lower than most plumber companies but service was great! Stephen and his assistant are wonderful and great people! They came out on a Saturday just to look at a spot on my ceiling that I noticed and to tell me if it's anything to be concerned about. It ended up turning into needing my toilet changed and they immediately changed my toilet after I quickly went to the store to buy one. They immediately took care of the issue for an extremely fair price. Stephen was very open and honest about all the questions and concerns I had. After he replaced the toilet I asked him if he would mind taking a look at my other toilet because it flushes kinda weird. He was more than willing to look at it and even fixed the issue without charging me. I couldn't be happier with the service and great work they did. I highly recommend them and will call them if I need any plumbing, heating, and air conditioning work. I'm absolutely happy and highly highly recommend them!!!! I absolutely love that they're veterans as well!
I do wonder why the 31 other 5 star reviews on the very bottom of there page says that Yelp doesn't recommend them???? Yelp- why don't you recommend there 31 reviews that are 5 star????Yelp should post every great review they have especially since they're a VETERAN owned company!!! Veterans and Law Enforcement Officers should be supported by EVERYONE! I guess Yelp doesn't support people who fight and protect our country!

I made an appointment with Steve at Veteran's Choice a few days ago. There was a mix up and I had to cancel last minute. Steve was really understanding, and just said that if I need anything in the future, just give him a call. If his plumbing skills are anything like his people skills, I would highly recommend him. I will definitely be calling Veteran's Choice the next time I need a plumber.
