Veteran's Choice service was excellent! Everything went very smoothly for the installation of new heating and air units in our home. Alfredo and Josimar arrived and worked efficiently, left the work space neat and took time to answer all questions. They stand behind their work!

He didn't sell me anything extra. He didn't try to beat around the bush. He found the problem, fixed it and that was that!

During a heat wave they scheduled me out very quickly even though My issue was really not considered an emergency in my mind. I knew I had a clogged attic line. Joshua was very nice. He cleaned out my attic lines, checked ducts, outside unit, etc and explained things to me. He did not try to sell me anything which was refreshing. The price was very reasonable and the service was fast. I definitely would trust this company again I will be keeping their information for the future.

Prior to calling Vetrans Choice Plumbing Heating and Air, I had called another company, actually speaking to someone, and when i left two messages and texted to schedule an appointment, I was ignored. They did not want to do a quick service job during the heat wave. Vetrans choice responded quickly!

Veteran's choice was amazing! I called them with an AC issue in the dead heat of summer and they were able to send someone out as soon as they could and got the AC fixed and working as good as ever. Joshua was our service technician and had the best customer service and knowledge I could ask for. He came and fixed the problem in a timely manner without trying to up-sale me on any additional products which I really appreciated. Will definitely be working with them with any HVAC issues going forward.

Josh arrived early and diagnosed the problem immediately. He repaired the unit with parts on his truck and was on his way in about 40 mins. He was very friendly and professionally.
