My wife and I live in a fairly new home we didn't expect a pipe to burst and flood our home in the summertime, we have home insurance and home warranty coverage. We went through our warranty coverage to get a plumber for the job. Veteran rooter was the company that was recommended. Tommy was the plumber that came to the house. Tommy was professional and courteous, it did not take him long to diagnose the problem and to fix it, God bless you and keep up the good work.

I called two other plumbing companies to fix a pluming problem only to find out that they could only put a clean out in and the City would have to repair the sewer issue I was having. The plumbing company provided me a quote but couldn't get to fix the issue in a timely manner for me. I reached out to VETERANS to see if they could do the job sooner and asked for them to provide me a quote. This company try to prey on customers lack of knowledge by trying to explain to me that they would do a diagnosis for the price being quoted. This company did a service call for the price they said would be a diagnostic without informing me of the difference. Once they got to my home the Tech took
two pictures and called
that a diagnosis. When I questioned this I was told that the pictures taken were the diagnosis. I later spoke with two other staff only to be told that diagnostic and service call is used interchangeably. To make this long story short. Veterans Rooter misrepresents themselves. PLEASE PLEASE do not pay them nor provide your credit card in advance of
them doing the work. Not using this company will prevent one from going through this havoc. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Do not use this company for anything in your home. They are out to make sure they charge you most for a quarter of the work. They smile like they know what they are talking about but at the end they are sizing you up to get all in your pockets. If you have a home warranty they will find every reason to get it denied so that you have to pay them. When they call the warranty company they will make it sound as worse as possible. Don't be fooled by the name of the company. Only Vets they are is getting all your money they can if you call them. customer service is is the worst.

This company sent staff to my home in response to a home warranty claim. While I had hot water when they arrived, it was turned off ""until we can go in there and see what it is."" My home warranty turned down my claim and the staff from this company refused to turn my hot water back on. Ryan appeared to diagnosis it from his desk, and sent me an offer to fix the problem, although the gentleman that was in in my home, looking at the problem could not determine what it was. I asked for the owner's name several times and Ryan refused to provide me with that and said the owner was out of the country and usually did not check his emails for several months. Instead, Ryan apparently had their attorney contact me under the pretense that I was ""making threats"" due to me stating that I would utilize consumer resources such at the AG, or BBB. I perceived that to be their method of intimidation. Not unlike the other gentleman on this review thread, based on my experience with this company.

Tommy is the best!
He has taken care of us with all sorts of issues, sinks, toilet, disposal, and most importantly, a major leak in the ceiling while we were out of the country!
Now our friends and family use Veterans.

They worked on my hot water tank several times trying to eliminate the problem. It not their fault. It was a process they had to go through. I was only charged once. The plumber worked on it for a while, never charged anything extra. Finally it was the thermocouple.

We recently used Veteran Rooter to solve our rather urgent plumbing issues. Could not be happier. Tommy showed up and wasted no time identifying the problem and coming up with a solution. He explained everything he needed to do so I wasn't left wondering, ""do I really need this?"" Then we talked about maintenance and what I could do do reduce issues in the future -- a really nice guy. If we have anymore problems, I know who to call.
