The drain under our kitchen sink started to leak profusely. I have not needed the service of a plumber for quite some time, fortunately my daughter had Veteran Plumbing Services do some work for her recently and she was quite pleased with the company. I called them and was able to get an appointment the next day. Jim McCarthy came at the scheduled time, knew exactly what the problem was, got the parts together and fixed the problem in less than half an hour. And the price was very reasonable. I was so pleased with Jim's service, that I ordered a new kitchen faucet and will set up an appointment with him when it comes in. In all my years, this was best plumber experience I have ever had.

I was up a creek with no paddle because my hot water heater died on me. I couldn't be upset because it served us well as it lasted 12 -14 years. I was looking at other plumbing services that wanted north of $3,000 to replace it, and this girl was growing tired of cold showers in mid-October. Enter Dennis and his company, Veteran Plumbing.

I was given a quote on Monday and after wrangling with Lowe's Home Improvement to buy the water heater (NOTE - don't go this route with Lowe's) and securing the permit with the county, the good people at Veteran Plumbing were able to quickly and successfully install my new hot water heater.

My shower faucet cartridge needed to be replaced. I am an average handyman, and tried to do the job myself which is actually pretty simple. The issue I had was the cartridge seemed to be stuck in the pipe and the cartridge pin was not easy to pull so I decided not to mess with it and have a professional fix it. I called Veteran Plumbing services for a quote. The cost was very reasonable and the technician Jim was very experienced and knowledgeable and the job was done perfectly. I definitely will call them again when needed. Fully recommended, quality service.

Outstanding job! Like some others I was disappointed in my most recent job by Marines Services (they were great when they were Marines Plumbing), so I looked for another veteran-owned company and I am happy to provide Veteran Plumbing Services another 5 star review. They responded immediately to my Yelp inquiry and provided two options (both windows within 24 hours of my request) for appointment windows to come out for an estimate/repair if I approved. They also called me a half an hour ahead of when the technician was going to arrive. When Brandon arrived, he put on booties and gloves and went to work. He was very friendly and professional (an outstanding representative of your company, Dennis!). He inspected the leaks I was dealing with and was able to provide a reasonable estimate electronically right away. I approved the work and he got the necessary parts & started into it. He kept me informed throughout the project and really did a beautiful job on the valve and pipe replacement. I'm really happy to have a plumber I can count on again.
