They replaced two faucets in our bathroom and the work was done in less than a day, including ordering the faucets and putting them in. Have had no problems. Today they came by to show me how to remove the stoppers to clean the drains - and no charge. I had just called this morning to inquire about the process. That was wonderful.

Great experience with Veteran Plumbing Services! I can't say enough about their honesty and integrity! They came at the appointed time, identified the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. They respected the 90 year old resident and wore a mask and did not try to ""find"" any other problems.

Worked on my house for over a year and honestly we have had nothing but issues. They dropped material, tracked in mud, damaged our marble countertop, dropped a sink, caused a major leak that caused plaster and damaged our new wood doors, installed our filter system wrong and about every other week one of our sinks are now leaking and I'm going around reinstalling them to keep them from leaking. After repeated attempts by them it's actually better to do what I can myself and bring in other professional plumbers. They are more than likely good ""rough"" plumbers but for high end detail work please go somewhere else and save yourself lots of trouble. They aren't capable but are nice when speaking to you directly.

Lots more I could add that's wrong and continues to be issues but everyone gets the point. Have them dig ditches but stay out of finished areas!

This company is having some personnel issues so it might be good to avoid them until they get it resolved. We had gotten an estimate for plumbing work. We wanted to have all three of our toilets replaced. At the time of the estimate we were having problems with two of our three toilets, so we had the two turned off. We got the estimate and were told that they could do the work in two or three business days. Since we expected them in 2-3 days, we made it a priority to go out and purchase new toilets. We did not hear back from the guy who did the estimate for over a week despite multiple calls. Then our third toilet failed and we were without any functioning toilets. Desperate, and still unable to reach them, I googled the company and found an alternate phone number. I reached a secretary and let her know the situation. She arranged for one of their plumbers to get to our house in a couple of days. I never did hear back from the person who gave us the estimate. Apparently, one of their plumbers had a medical problem and another quit. I understand that things like this happen, but it would have been courteous for them to call us right away and let us know of their issues rather than ignoring us and not returning calls. If we had known about their situation right away, we could have made other arrangements before it became an emergency. The guys who came out to fix out three toilets were polite and did a good job.
