Cannot say enough about how great Dennis and Drake were. Came out right away to fix our leaking pipe. It was very clear they know what they are doing. They fixed the problem and were totally honest. Did not upsell like so many out there. Left the area perfectly clean. Really outstanding in every way. They will now be our go to for all things plumbing related.

Just moved in to a new house. Toilet was making a jackhammer noise when flushed. Booked Veteran Plumbing Services the day before. Jim came out on time and fixed the toilet and two others quickly. Very cost effective and excellent work. I highly recommend!

I saw what I thought was a minor leak got several estimates. Veterans plumbing were the first estimate to give me a full comprehensive explanation in person. Then when Chris came to do the job, amazing person, was very diligent and took the time to let me know why and what was going on. He fixed the leak in a very small space and found mold he was able to get me with a quaility restoration company that came out same day. Will always use this company again and great cost they weren't trying to over charge or up sell anything the focus was fixing my problem. Thank you!

Your company & services went above and beyond expectations today! There was a significant plumbing issue at this home which my husband was unable to simply fix. He 1st called Rotor Rooter to come out and they didn't show, then he called Modern Mechanical and they said sometime next week. I had just gotten to the house so I told him to contact Veteran Plumbing Services, Dennis Rollins, gave him the ph#, and Jim McCarthy came out in a very timely matter. Jim did a superb job, very professional and thorough! Art was very pleased (as are the residents who live there). Veteran Plumbing Services is now their ""Go-To"" plumbing service from now on.

We had Dennis came out today to fix a leak under the sink. The office called ahead to let us know he is on his way. It turns out to be a user error on our part. Dennis showed us the problem and tighten the pipe and made sure the leak is fixed. Seriously the best plumber in town!

My sewage pump went out. I read many reviews and gave a 5-start rated, with many good reviews plumber a call. On said day, the person from the company arrived and said he didn't know what happened. He took some pictures and went out the house in an attempt to see my sewage pipe.... later he gave me a call with a pricy quote.

I called Veteran Plumbing Service and wanted to just have a quote, thinking if people had no clue could send me a quote, why bother to come on site. VPS insist to come to site to give a quote. After meeting Dennis, he explained the importance of seeing the work site before the quote and gave me quotes on two options: labor only and labor + parts. His quote is very reasonable. Dennis said that I may not need to replace the check vault and told me the place to purchase parts - totally different from the other plumber, recommended for all replacements regardless.

Dennis is correct. There is need to replace the check vault. He got the work done in about 30 minutes. Other than no way to contain sewage smell, Dennis took care of everything and kept the work site no stain. He even honored the military discount.

Dennis didn't ask me to write a review, I did it on my own. He is truly an honest person who runs a decent business. This experience tells me not to reply on someone who seem to have many good reviews, they may ask for it. It also tells me that VPS is a company anyone can trust with plumbing needs.

Dennis came to our house to investigate what we thought was a more involved toilet issue. It turned out to only be a clog that just needed to work itself out. He was kind, professional and thorough. We obviously thought we would be paying him for his time, even though he didn't have to fix anything as that to me is standard protocol. He would not accept our money. My husband is a military vet and we like to support veteran owned businesses. We recommended Dennis to my parents and would recommend him to others and will also call him with our future needs!
