They clean our burner annually. We recently woke up to no heat and they were here within 2 hours, had it fixed in 15 minutes and we were up and running. I have since decided to sign a service contract with them which is really affordable and totally worth every penny! Everyone I've talked to has been pleasant and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!
