Vet-All
Company Overview
Our company focuses on the remediation of traumatic and criminal incidents. We partner with police and insurance providers to return properties to pre-incident condition after an incident of trauma or crime.
We at VET-ALL Labor and Hauling provide numerous restoration services. We work hand-in-hand with insurance providers during difficult situations to guarantee that necessary services are completed promptly.
While recovering from combat injuries in Iraq, Thomas Denham believed he would struggle with civilian life. Following the acquisition of a license in general contracting, along with licenses for restoration and mitigation issued by the State of Illinois, things began to shift. He realized his goal: to offer solace and resolution to those confronted with traumatic events.
Our aim is to employ veterans who have faced combat challenges, helping them to work alongside other veterans again and help them elevate professional certifications to a higher level! We cherish our communities, and we are particularly devoted to the veterans who call this place home!

Rachel H.FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD! Took over $2,000 in unauthorized transactions! Terrible at communication, never talked on the phone! Estimated at $225 for 1/2 a truck. Also once he told me I would need a full truck for my load he offered to refund me my deposit and give me a 10% discount if i didn't want the service but i told him to just pick up what he could for the 1/2 load since that was what i already paid a deposit for. It was obviously a joke! Never picked up. Once i noticed the charges I called multiple times and left a voicemail also sent messages through yelp and never heard back, COMPLETELY unprofessional. And after reading another review where someone went through the same things, the owner believes he runs his company with integrity, respect & reliability! That's not how this company is ran at all! It is so sad to see a veteran owned company take care of other veterans the way they do! My bank also called them and no response. Total scam! I chose this company because I myself am a veteran so I wanted to support my fellow battles and now this company is giving us veterans a bad rep! I will NEVER recommend this company for anything!
Mark P.I sent pictures of the area to be cleaned up, then he wanted to go over and look for himself and then I received a itemized bid and hauler called while there at the site to confirm items in the area to be taken, sent bill immediately that day and started charging $25 per day for unpaid invoice. sent at least 4 or 5 invoices the same day some the same some with different prices on them, which I still have, with added deposits on it, when I checked the area noticed not all of the agreed junk was removed and his response was you were not there so I was going to come back the next day but still charging $25 per day for unpaid invoice, wanted full payment for the job and didn't finish. I could not get him to call me but he only texted, I finally got tired of dealing with him paid it and another company is coming to finish the job. Beware of this one. If anyone is interested I have before and after pictures as well as the itemized invoice to compare with just to show i'm not just ranting. If you hire this guy make sure you are there to direct. I won't use Yelp again to recommend anything!
Rochelle C.Want to pass on my experience with Vet All to other folks, so youre aware. About a month or so ago, I called Vet All to inquire about the cost of hauling some junk away from our backyard. My partner and I are both vets, and we like to hire local businesses that are also vets. I sent them a picture of the stuff we needed hauled away. I was given a quote of 125.00 and I was assured I didnt have to pay all up front. I was told we could pay half now, half later. Great! So they come out and look at the pile of stuff, and say "" Oh no, this wont fit in a 1/4 trailer, this is
a 1/2 trailer sized job"". Which they happened to have brought. Now the price goes up another 100.00$. I told the guy I could pay him 65.00 cash now (like we originally planned), and I would have to make 2 or 3 payments to make the 225.00. No problem he said. I told him he had to reassure me that he wouldnt take it out until we got Jims ( my partner) social security. He assured me, stating that if he did that, it would be illegal. Thast night, he removed the entire remaining balance from our checking acvount. All at once. I had given the card number of Jims bankcard because he said that was the only way he could take payments. I tried repeatedly to reach him, leaving messages which went unreturned. He eventualky denied we had an agreement at all. The worst part is, he went into the account again, AFTER he was paid in full, and removed another 400.00. The bank eventually returned the money after the fraud department investigated. So...think twice before you call this place. I dont want anyone else to go through what we have. We are older, and live on an extremely tight budget.
sidenote...i had to give them at least a star before I vould post thiz. In reality, I didnt want to give them any stars
The owner was courteous and removed a heavy piece of furniture per my request on 6/5. However, tried to contact again after said furniture was removed regarding another issue. Left several messages, but have not heard back from them.
