I tried to schedule a sprinkler blowout with this company and was given a 2-hr time frame for when the technician would arrive, which is totally fine. I was waiting at home during this whole time and nobody arrived.

When I called to see if there was a mixup, I was told the technician had knocked on my door and nobody answered. I told him I had been home the whole time and nobody had knocked. The person on the line then said ""C'mon man, you're telling me that my technician lied about that?""

Anyways I get it since it's the busy season, but I didn't lie about someone not knocking on my door...

Can I give Zero? No call return on first time I spoke with them.
Second time gave me a time and no-call no-showed and hasn't called since.
If you want someone to show up then do not call these folks...

I am SO happy I called Vertec! We're in the height of sprinkler repair season (which I found out is very much a thing) & Vertec is the only company out of 5 or 6 that I called who actually answered the phone. None of the other companies even called me back. Mark was sent out & diagnosed the problem the next day. We scheduled the work to be completed & Mark went above & beyond to repair our sprinklers. They haven't worked in 2 years, so he had his work cut out for him. He even suggested a WiFi sprinkler timer to make my sprinklers ""smart"" & included the installation of the new unit in the price. He went thru all 7 sprinkler zones multiple times to ensure all was 100% in working order. He was dedicated & wasn't leaving until it was fully repaired. I'm so grateful those other companies didn't call back. I'll be recommending this company to all my friends. Thank you SO much!

I had a notice from Denver Water that I was using too much water. I thought I had a sprinkler problem but really it was a couple of user-error issues. Mark came out and was incredibly friendly and helpful, not only fixed my user error but helped me with a couple ideas to make my sprinkler system work better. Very nice, trustworthy guy, would definitely hire again.

I hired this plumbing service to make plumbing repairs and clean out a floor drain. They did a great job, arrived withing the time window and were very neat and tidy. They even put little booties over their shoes to avoid tracking in my home. They were very friendly and nice. The bill was less than I expected.

My landlord set up appointment so i wasn't sure what to expect even though they use them for all their rentals & private use too.
They came out the same afternoon and fixed my toilet in less than an hour. They did not waste time to make the bill higher, he was very professional, friendly, and i highly recommend Vertec for everythimg plumbing!
