How do you get the owner to call back, and correct faulty work done by his company? He gave me a warranty and said he would fix work done by his company -- but has not replied to calls, text messages or emails, and did not show up for appointments after I set aside my schedule. This is very frustrating. Perhaps this post will get him to return calls or legal action may be necessary.
Do not call Glen Gross or this company. He had done a couple jobs for me, and I thought he was a good guy. I called him about replacing an air-conditioner, which he did a couple months ago. He needed to replace the pipes in the basement because the house is 50 years old. Glen replaced some of them and then disappeared. Every time I call him, he either blows me off or lies to me. I found it very disrespectful, and I suspect he did it because I am an older lady. Since my furnace is inoperable, I will be calling a REPUTABLE heating and cooling business to finish up the job. That means I will need to pay the new company to finish what I already paid Versatile Contracting for. Save the headache and do not call Glen Gross.
