I hope that the only reason this vendor did not follow up with me as promised is because they are busy and successful, as my initial call was returned promptly, courteously, and professionally. (October 2020) I was hopeful during the time we discussed multiple household maintenance tasks and materials that need to be purchased. Unfortunately, Rich never showed up as promised, even after I followed up to schedule with him several times, it was usually """"I'll get there this week"""", """" I have those air conditioner filters in my truck"""", etc.. Unfortunately no one ever arrived to provide the estimates, services, or made a call to me to reschedule. Nonetheless, I wish him well as it is likely he has a loyal customer base and was unable to manage time for me during the circumstances of 2020/2021.

Argued with me about type of kitchen counter I should have installed, called me late at night on a couple of occasions...very disrespectful in words and tone. After hauling out original counter, did not show up to install new one. Altho' Rich didn't finish the job, his fee quoted was reasonable.

We added little project onto the bigger project onto the original project and he didn't quit on us, but found a way to see it to the finish for our rentals. Painting inside and outside, lots of fixing up - everything we needed. Both he and Nick are conscientious, courteous, cheerful and truly helpful.
