I hired Verity Plumbing to install a drainage system in my rental house. It took 2 months to find them because the installation was complex and no plumber wanted to take the job. They took the job. They completed the job on time and passed all inspections. I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional quality of work. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding.

I worked with Raul. He is the 3rd generation plumber. He knows what he is doing. Very knowledgeable guy. He is super helpful as well. Once he drove 40 miles to pick a key from me so that the job would finish on time.

Raul's team was punctual, professional, and highly knowledgeable as well. Throughout the installation process, their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right was evident.

After the installation, my tenant called me and thanked me about the Verity plumbers on site. She said that they were very kind, respectful and clean.

Verity Plumbing just repaired a leak at my home. I had been notified by the water company that my water usage was much higher than usual and that the meter was continuously running. They stated that I must have a leak. I had no signs like dripping faucets are running toilets or sprinklers. I knew that I needed a professional. Verity was at my doorstep the very next day. The plumber discovered where the leak was right away. He had to dig very deep to find the exact problem. A pipe had broken under ground and there was lots of water. He had to go for supplies. Before he left, he gave me a quote of what it would cost. He fixed the problem. Afterwards he totally cleaned the area. The only evidence was a wet ground and a fixed leak. He even warned me to be careful because it would take awhile for the ground to dry. I would highly recommend Verity Plumbing. The are totally efficient, know what to do and are so very polite.

Plumbing problems are never something that we want to deal with, let alone on Memorial Day weekend, but it happened. I called Greg de Leon of Verity Plumbing and scheduled an appointment for early the next morning. The plumber that came was right on time, knowledgeable and friendly. I was out of town so my brother met the plumber and was impressed with the service. They are reasonable, honest and professional. I hope I don't have plumbing issues but if I do I now have Verity Plumbing on speed dial. Highly recommend.

I obtained their business card at an event in West Covina (100 yr celebration). A few weeks later, I needed their service. I called and had to leave a message for the owner Raul. I never received a call back.Needless to say, I used All City Plumbing. All City was at my home within an hour and fixed the problem.

After moving into our new house, we wanted a seismic shut-off valve installed on our gas line. Our friend suggested we contact Verity... and we are very glad we did.

They were incredibly responsive (able to schedule us for a next day installation) and communicative (provided a quick quote and described all work to be completed).

John arrived right on time and was super efficient. He gave updates on the work being done and then walked me through everything after the job was complete.

Had an emergency with my angle stop for my Kitchen sink thought I could do it on my own and oh boy was I wrong I called and asked if they could come same day and to my luck they had a tech out within 30 min. They are reasonably priced in my opinion. Definitely going to call them in the future.

When I called they quickly answered, I explained I had a clogged drain for several months and that in-spite of all our efforts we could not clear it. Raul advised that he could have a plumber here within the hour. John was very prompt and quickly resolved our issue. John was very courteous. He quickly got to work and as soon as he resolved the issue he explained all he had done. John was extremely clean and very conscientious about being covid safe.
