Right from the start I knew I made the right choice with Verity. I left a message and got a call back from Raul in 30 minutes to schedule for the next day! My original service request was a problem with my water heater that Raul fixed just by turning a knob (and did not laugh at me; I appreciate that cuz I was so embarrassed that it was only that!) I said since you're here, can you look at my leaky bathtub faucet? He did, told me he'd have to order a part and he'd call me when he got it. He called the next day, came by in 45 minutes, and he and Clemmy did the work. Before they left, I said how about one more thing? Showed them a water softener that hasn't worked for 12 years, guess what? It's gone now! Both jobs for $395, and Raul told me the cost of each before they did anything-very upfront with pricing!
Very happy with my experience; I'll need a plumber again one day and I'll definitely call Verity!

This is first time I had Verity work on an issue at my home-heater vent pipe was leaking into my hvac closet in hallway about two weeks ago from the rain. Set up an appointment, came out to fix it with no problem at all!

I hired Verity Plumbing to install a drainage system in my rental house. It took 2 months to find them because the installation was complex and no plumber wanted to take the job. They took the job. They completed the job on time and passed all inspections. I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional quality of work. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding.

I worked with Raul. He is the 3rd generation plumber. He knows what he is doing. Very knowledgeable guy. He is super helpful as well. Once he drove 40 miles to pick a key from me so that the job would finish on time.

Raul's team was punctual, professional, and highly knowledgeable as well. Throughout the installation process, their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right was evident.

After the installation, my tenant called me and thanked me about the Verity plumbers on site. She said that they were very kind, respectful and clean.

Verity Plumbing just repaired a leak at my home. I had been notified by the water company that my water usage was much higher than usual and that the meter was continuously running. They stated that I must have a leak. I had no signs like dripping faucets are running toilets or sprinklers. I knew that I needed a professional. Verity was at my doorstep the very next day. The plumber discovered where the leak was right away. He had to dig very deep to find the exact problem. A pipe had broken under ground and there was lots of water. He had to go for supplies. Before he left, he gave me a quote of what it would cost. He fixed the problem. Afterwards he totally cleaned the area. The only evidence was a wet ground and a fixed leak. He even warned me to be careful because it would take awhile for the ground to dry. I would highly recommend Verity Plumbing. The are totally efficient, know what to do and are so very polite.

Plumbing problems are never something that we want to deal with, let alone on Memorial Day weekend, but it happened. I called Greg de Leon of Verity Plumbing and scheduled an appointment for early the next morning. The plumber that came was right on time, knowledgeable and friendly. I was out of town so my brother met the plumber and was impressed with the service. They are reasonable, honest and professional. I hope I don't have plumbing issues but if I do I now have Verity Plumbing on speed dial. Highly recommend.

I obtained their business card at an event in West Covina (100 yr celebration). A few weeks later, I needed their service. I called and had to leave a message for the owner Raul. I never received a call back.Needless to say, I used All City Plumbing. All City was at my home within an hour and fixed the problem.
