Stay AWAY from ""Veritable Plumbing"" , when it comes to Warranty work, they are a DISASTER to work with. They sent a plumber out and he basically said: ""I need to order a part"". That was over 4 weeks ago and a multitude of calls. They will not only NOT call you back, they will NOT even pick up the phone! They do not even deserve one star. STAY AWAY -FAR AWAY!

They reported to my home warranty a false issue and they didn't fix it. I called them so many times but they never answered. It's a fraud

I had issues with my sink and disposible and Veritable Plumbing was sent to my house from my home warranty program. The two gentlemen were very friendly, quick and efficient.

I'm embarrassed to say that soon after I thought I had another plumbing issue and of course I was upset, thinking the job wasn't done right the first time. To my surprise, I was in the wrong (it was such an easy fix I'm too embarrassed to say LOL) but the same two gentlemen came back, again friendly and efficient. They explained that there was no problem (which there wasn't!) and they were very understanding! I don't think I would be so understanding if I were in their shoes hahaha. I am very grateful to them for their patience with me!! Definitely 5 star customer service and work! Thank you guys!!

I called AHS due to broken pipe in my wall on Sunday. American Home shield tell me it will be fixed in 4 hours. Well wrong company to get things done quick. I have 4 calls to Veritable plumbing and my tenant call 3 call and 6 calls to AHS. I am without water 4 days and still no appt. AHS assign new plumber and I have an appt in 30 minutes. Don't waste your time with this company

I wasn't very happy with my service from Veritable Plumbing, but to be fair, part of the frustration comes from my warranty company as well.

The contractor showed up to the door without a mask and my brother (who has immune issues) answered the door and had to ask him to put one on. Halfway through the inspection I realized the contractor was parked in front of a neighbor's driveway instead of in a painted spot so I had to ask him to move.

The contractor looked at my faucet which had brown water coming out and told me I probably need a new water heater. I don't know much about plumbing so I trusted him, even though it was the initial cold water that was brown.

It took two whole months to follow up with the warranty company because (according to the warranty company) Veritable Plumbing never submitted a report! I called the warranty company and the plumbing company multiple times to try to get them to communicate before they finally got the report submitted. It turns out, the report said I just need my water heater flushed, not replaced, which didn't match what the contractor told me in person (he didn't speak very good English so I may have misunderstood).

Whatever. In a way that seemed like good news because it's an easy fix, but it's not something the warranty company would pay for. My dad helped me flush my water heater (the water coming out didn't seem very dirty at all) and the issue still wasn't fixed in the bathroom faucet.

So I call my warranty company and tell them that the issue isn't resolved. They say that if I had followed up within 30 days they would have continued to service me, but because it took 2 months for the report to be submitted I was out of that range.

It's frustrating that it took that long for the report to get submitted, and it cost me getting the issue fixed under warranty (I'm still trying to resolve what the issue is with another plumber, who doesn't think it's the water heater at all. I'll provide an update when we figure out the issue). Obviously it adds to my frustration that the warranty company is trying to get around their contract agreement in a sneaky way.

I wouldn't recommend Veritable Plumbing based on my experience, and I would DEFINITELY not recommend American Home Shield as a warranty provider.

I have an insurance I have that I call when I have issues with my rental, they sent out Veritable Plumbing. I had never heard about this company before but they were awesome!! Our water heater was leaking and had to be replaced. Within a couple hours they were at my house taking pictures and checking the problem. They contacted the insurance company right away for the approval and brought me the brand new water heater, all within a couple days. This happened on a Friday afternoon and I thought for sure it was going to cause a delay, but no, they still took care of it right away. Would highly recommend them!!
