We discovered a leak under the house at 10:30 pm. We turned off the water and Verdugo Plumbing came out first thing in the morning. Repaired for a reasonable fee and we were back to business-as-usual soon after.

I needed a simple snaking to unclog a kitchen sink clog and when I spoke on the phone with Emil, he sounded very nice. But whoever they sent out was rude and insisted that snaking would not work for the clog and I needed to spend $495 to install a clean-out. Their rationale for it made no sense as they said the clog was very far down the main line but yet they wanted to install the clean-out right under the sink....ok? I said I did not want to do that and they left without even attempting to snake the clog. An hour later I hired another plumber who got the job done perfectly for $79 without a nonsense upsell. I'm only giving two stars because they were responsive and came out quickly. Other than that, beware.

They came out for a simple pipe repair. I was quoted $1800. The next day the guy said it would be $3400. I said I can't afford that and he went down to $3100. It was one pipe to my SPRINKLERS. I was desperate to have water turned back on as have kids and all. AVOID THIS PLACE .

I noticed your concern and reply to my review, but it was 100% your company, it was a white truck that said verdugo plumbing on side of the truck, sorry that rather than deal with the problem u deflect, you should talk to the person who who came out, short guy around mid to late fifties, I think it is your industry, when to gas company came out to inspect the job and test, they did not name your company that said for the most part it is the just the industry, and should always get 4 est,

It was a fortunate coincidence that I met Emil at the same time my water heating started leaking. He came by for a free consultation and gave me the advice to monitor the leak for a couple of weeks, and if it gets worse, to call him back because it'll have to get replaced. Unfortunately, the leak did intensify over time, so I called him back and his crew came over and took care of it. I was really please with their professionalism and courtesy. All is fixed and well and no cold showers for us.
