Not open 24 hrs. As a repeat customer, I called him 5 days ago. Will not call me back. Does not answer phone after 5pm or on weekends. On 7/25/24 Dennis Green sent his teenage son to replace water supply on my toilet. I paid $175 cash for this repair. His son tightened the screws on the toilet seat, even though I did not request it. Normally, I can take the toilet seat off with my bare hands. He apparently used an electric drill to tighten the screws. I hired a plumber to remove the screws and he had to use an electric hacksaw to remove them due to Dennis' son stripping the threads off the bolts. Verde Plumbing damaged my toilet. It cost me $100 to repair his damage, which did not include buying a new toilet seat. Dennis and his teenage son are incompetent and unreliable. Dennis does not honor his two year warranty on this repair. I am 76 YO and disabled. I could not use this toilet until the repair was done due to my possibly falling. Do not under any circumstances hire Dennis Green of Verde Plumbing of Gilbert for any repairs.

Unfortunately I will not be able to recommend Dennis with Verde Plumbing. Verde Plumbing was assigned by my home warranty company to fix a leak in the bathtub faucet and a leak under a bathroom sink. Everything started off just fine and Dennis got me on the schedule right away. I was optimistic based on his good reviews. However, my experience was anything but good. After he did his assessment he recommended a referral for a restoration company Eco-Dry. After looking at the reviews for Eco-Dry that were poor I declined to have them come to my home. I asked Dennis to please just fix the plumbing leak issues and if our home required any further evaluation I could handle that on my own. At that point Dennis' attitude changed. He did not respond to messages in a timely manner. It is my belief that Dennis has a referral program with Eco-Dry and gets some type of incentive for each referral. After days of going back and forth Dennis decided he was not even going to come back out to my home and quit the job. I was able to get another plumber to come out and they were able to get the job done in a professional manner and with no issues whatsoever. Dennis tried to use scare tactics of saying he may have to bust open walls and floors when it was simply just replacing a bathtub faucet that had failed. He never even addressed the leak under the bathroom sink. I would not work with Verde Plumbing in the future, cannot recommend, and hope that American Home Shield investigates his referral partner relationship with Eco-Dry. Trying to turn a small job into an entire restoration job involving insurance providers is not ethical.

Great experience with Dennis of Verde Plumbing. Another plumber gave a quick look and quoted me $200 higher. My problems were with extremely low water pressure in shower. Dennis put a new valve and new handles in and it works great now. He was courteous and left everything spic n span.

My home warranty assigned me Verde Plumbing they weren't supposed to come out until Saturday and they ended up coming a day earlier! They are very knowledgeable and professional, I would recommend to anyone looking for a friendly and reliable company. Was very open to question and not rushing at all. Thank you for your great service, I will be calling you for any future repairs.

I wasn't the one to choose them my home warranty called them out for me. He was nice at first, he went out of his way to look at what was going on in the late evening, since the home warranty info was very vague on what was going on.
I left a review with my home warranty about him based on how he was and the experience with him. Gave him a 3 out of 5. Because during the service he left a trail of eaten sun flower seeds in my garage and in my house. He's van was Cluttered with tools to where they all fell out when he open the door. I gave an honest review to my home warranty. He received that review from my home warranty and now he refuses to do any type of work. Instead of trying to do better. Lacks professionalism and customer service.

When you have a plumbing issue Dennis Green is the guy to call. He is very knowledgeable and is truly an expert in his field. I called Dennis when I had leaks coming from my ceiling and didn't know what to do. When I had the mitigation team come out and open it up Dennis right away scheduled and booked with me and came out and fixed a dry rotted gasket and replaced my leaky faucet all in under a hour. Truly responsible, great communication with customers and takes pride in making sure he does the job right!!!
