I saw good reviews for this young man and decided to give him a call for a simple toilet installation. I had to leave a message but that's alright. However, he never called back. So a few days later I called and again there was no answer, so again I left a message. The bottom line is he just never had the courtesy to return any of the calls or messages. It's possible he may no longer even be in business. If that's the case a simple message on his recorder would be the professional thing to do. I moved on to Moore Home Services and couldn't be more happier!

Jared and his team are amazing. I had a break from the city main meter to the main shut off valve and have a retaining wall, mulch, trees and pavers in the way. I had received quotes for other competitors but was told that the entire job could take more than a week and that I would have to hire a landscaper, as it couldn't be promised that the landscape would be put back how it was...especially the pavers. I never heard once about this aspect from Jared, whom I only had the pleasure to chat with over the phone and text. He and his team trenched and laid a new copper line and put everything back in 2 days. A neighbor of mine actually asked him how much he charges for landscaping - he let them know that they are plumbers, ha!

I couldn't believe how fast they finished the job and how well they put everything back, as if it was never touched. I highly, highly recommend Jared and Veracity. Just give them a call and speak with Jared for 5 mins, he's a good guy with all the integrity in the world and will give you a fair price. I will be calling him again (hopefully won't have to) for any plumbing needs, even though I have a home warranty.

I've been using yelp for years off and on for reviews not only for restaurants but various home and garden businesses as well. I've found it to be a bit of a mixed bag, often wondering why some businesses are rated high when my experience was contrary or others rated low for vice versa. I only have one experience that I can share with my first post, I also feel absolutely compelled to post this review. I have a granny unit that needed a shower gut and reinstall. I bought the parts/kit, unboxed it all and dumped it in the bedroom next to the unit. I contacted a few yelp rated contractors that all gave me some sort of run around. ""Send me pics and I'll give you a quote"", only to never get one, even after pestering, or I'm available to meet Friday at 10 and then no show and never respond again.

Veracity communicated what his limitations and timeline were and what was realistic, refreshing! He also said if I was flexible he could do the job on non traditional hours as he was booked out awhile but didn't want to turn the job down. He communicated through the whole process, was super nice to the tenant and went over the top with the details. He trimmed everything out, found paint and painted to match, and hauled cardboard and scraps out that weren't part of the job. There's a lot of really sub par service people out there that usually do less than what they tell you, he did more and I honestly couldn't believe it. He cares about what he does and being responsible for his word, that goes a long way in my book. He's a diamond in the rough. I stumbled on to him by happenchance on yelp and if you pick someone else you have made a mistake, honestly book him if you can get him!

I wish there is a higher rating then five stars. Jared is fast, efficient, competent and compassionate. He replaced a water heater for me.

While discussing the replacement, I told Jared I use a lot of hot water for pain relief. Well, Jared worked until 7:30 PM and never charged one minute of overtime.

When he was finished, the job looked like art. I am not kidding. His work is beautiful.

I worked with a HVAC company for 15 years. Jared's work is by far superior, perhaps it is the pride of a young man owing his own business. Pricing is competitive. I will never use another company and highly recommend Veracity Plumbing.

Jared is without a doubt the BEST plumber we've ever used! We bought and have lived in a 120 year old house for 20 years and for years we were told that we could not repair two of the showers in the house without tearing out the entire wall of each bathroom AND that it would cost a small fortune if we chose to do so. However, we were fortunate to have gotten Jared come to our house on another plumbing issue and when we asked him about the possibility of repairing one or two showers, he had a perfect solution to the problem which did not involve tearing out the walls and which cost a fraction of what we were quoted! We went ahead with his work and we have been extremely happy with the results! Jared did an excellent job and we couldn't have been more satisfied!
Don't hesitate to use his services! He envisions ways of doing things that other plumbers cannot and he is always fair in his price!

It is no doubt the best services I have ever had . Jared is so nice and very good at his job. He arrived on time, helped me removed a 30- year old water tank and replace it with a new one. It has been frustrating for me for a couple of weeks that I had to light up the old water heater pilot manually in order to use the hot water. Jared came over and saved my day.
I recommend this company to everyone. It is a new business with a great owner-- Jared is the guy that you want to grab a beer with after business/work.
