Called about toilet install. Said he had to ""check the book"". Then quoted $375 with me providing the toilet plus an additional $250 with new supply line for a total of $625. I contacted 3 other companies on yelp and they all said Vera Plumbing was trying to rip me off. Bad faith quote probably equals bad quality service. I understand you are trying to make money but at what point is it considered robbery.

No quote and indicated they were not available. They didn't even want to find out the problem. Another company Solid Plumbing responded immediately and repaired my issues the next day.

I called for assistance today because my main residential drain was backed up, clogging both tubs and backing up the toilets. Needless to say, I was desperate for some help.

While waiting for professional help, I poured some drain cleaner in the tubs, hoping it would help while I went to work. By the time I got home from work, it had cleared up a bit. But I already had scheduled the technicians to come out.

Just to play it safe, I requested they come to snake the main drain anyway to make sure. I was willing to pay for services even if it was just to make sure the clog was cleared because it was so backed up.

Rather than just clearing the main drain and charging me for the call out and services, they asked to run a camera into the drain first. They video recorded and photographed the inside of my drain. They showed me why snaking it wouldn't help my build up of gunk over the years. Since I didn't need that service, they didn't take advantage of me.

The drain was working as I needed now without them doing any additional work. The guys literally left my house with a handshake. No charges for the call out or diagnosis and any sketchy offers.

THEY PASSED UP ON MONEY BECAUSE IT WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO.

I trust them and will be using them until I have a reason not to. I highly recommend them and I'm glad I listened to my in-laws when they said these guys are fair.

When I am ready to spend on hydro jetting the drains, I will use their services for sure. Fair, honest, and respectful working dudes with good morals. Can't really ask for more from businesses.

Where can I start. Vera Plumbing was brought in to give me a second opinion on a job. They had superior pricing and a superior plan. As is the nature with plumbing, as things changed and as things were revealed, they adjusted and made sure to communicate with me throughout the process. Alfredo, the owner, is a true professional, and even took the time to come back to my house late at night after I got home from work to visually walk me through the options.

He shared with me what needed to be done, and which things were necessary vs not an emergency. He also was conscious of my resources as we just bought our house and offered us very good options and gave personal attention and care that wasn't expected or requested but just done out of the kindness of his heart and out of the best practice of Buisness as a Buisness owner.

His team was on time, worked hard, my dort was very tough and so it took longer than anticipated but they came through in spite of the obstacles. The pricing was unmatched and the warranty was great.

This isn't selling, or talking up a company, this is sharing a great experience from a crappy situation and wanting others to know they can go to someone who's caring and honest, which can be more and more rare nowadays.

5 stars and will definitely use again.

Daniel and Jairo came out and jetted the kitchen pipe! They even went through the mainline with a camera and showed me what was going on. They jetted out the mainline without charging me extra. We highly recommend Vera Plumbing. Daniel and Gabriel assessed and fixed our plumbing issues to high standards. They fixed only what was needed and did not pad the bill. Their pricing is very fair and they left everything clean. I wasn't sure if I have an appliance issue or a plumbing issue so I called around and Vera was available to help. They came as promised to take a look and didn't charge me for surveying and I also needed to do maintenance on my tankless water heater which was $250 a special price. Daniel and Gabriel were helpful, knowledgeable and I find their work exceptional.

From the debris that came out of my tankless heater, Daniel suggested that I complete a yearly maintenance on it which I considered was in line with what I had in mind as well.

I felt like I got a really good deal on this service and would highly recommend them to my family and friends. The owner called me before and after the service was done to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the work and I greatly appreciate the call. It shows me ownership of the business.

We had a big issue going on at home where our washer drain was overflowing and our kitchen drain also connects to this port. I reached out to Vera Plumbing on Yelp for an estimate since we had already obtained a $3800 quote from our old plumber who I always thought was giving us a good deal... Wrong! Lol
Alfredo sent his guys out same day, and they were working on it for us that evening, had the job done which included jetting and scaling. I won't say what they charged here but they saved us thousands. We couldn't have been happier with their work and professionalism. Awesome guys and company to work with, I highly recommend them. Small business and Latino owned love it!
