Truly exceptional service and attention from Vera Plumbing. From the moment I proposed a challenging project, they offered their services and were responsive. The office quickly set an appointment with me and offered a fair and reasonable price for the services requested. The home office and the actual service techs effectively communicated including a reminder of appointment, notification of techs on their way and then again from the techs themselves notifying of arrival.

Daniel was exactly what you'd want from a plumbing service tech - clean, attentive, informative, helpful and patient. He was assisted by Gabriel who aided with good service. Daniel patiently explained the work he was scheduled to do and exactly how he'd go about doing it. He didn't rush off and instead ensured I was fully comfortable with the new system that he had just installed - and if I had any follow up questions.

I think I found my new local plumbing service - which as we all know in So Cal, is VERY hard to do these days. Thanks Vera!

I had a great experience with Vera Plumbing from start to finish when they worked on our tankless water heater. The team was very professional and incredibly knowledgeable about the tankless system. They seamlessly helped us with our warranty parts and got right to work. Despite being a small family business, they provide service even better than the big companies. Vera Plumbing handled everything, from sourcing the new parts through the manufacturer's warranty to installing them without any issues.

We had other companies come by initially--one even told me to say ""tankless water heater"" next time I called, and another from a large corporation didn't even touch the machine! Vera Plumbing, however, knew exactly what they were doing. They came prepared, bringing in their suction equipment and immediately started cleaning the heater, which had been leaking for two days while we were waiting for others to assess the issue. They got hands-on, diagnosed the problem, and reassured me that they would get it fixed--and they did.

Their pricing was also very reasonable, giving us the best deal for the excellent work they did. Now we're enjoying hot water to the fullest! Huge thanks to Vera Plumbing for a job well done.

Vera is the only plumbing company I will work with from now on! Alfredo and Daniel are tremendous with their customer service, friendliness and are extremely competitive with their pricing.

What I really appreciate compared to other plumbing companies is they DONT use the appointment as a sales pitch, nor do they try to get you to choose the most expensive solution.
