I had kept Vera Plumbing's phone number in my file in case I needed their services again. It is because of Alfredo that I wanted to use their services. I called again yesterday 04/04/24 and Alfredo didn't disappoint. He was honest with me that he couldn't come right away because of his prior commitments. I understood and was willing to wait for him. Alfredo was very responsive when we initially called to get a quote on putting in a new sink, faucet and setting up our garbage disposal. We were in the process of having our kitchen counters replaced and needed someone to put the new sink in after. Alfredo didn't make us wait but came over immediately the following day and installed everything. Him and his crew were quick, efficient and even cleaned up after. They were very professional and super friendly. Vera Maintenance is reasonably priced and performed the job well. We will definitely be using them again and will be referring them to family and friends!

Alfredo came out on a Saturday night close to midnight on a emergency call and was communicative from the very beginning. He hopped on a video with my husband to see if he can give advice for us try to resolve the issue over the phone. When my husband couldn't resolve, Alfredo came by and did a diagnosis on our home. What we appreciated is he came by again the next day with Moses and they did a through investigation and inspection in the day time just to be certain why our homes plumbing was having issues. They were very honest which is hard to find now a days. We found them reasonably priced and liked that they could guarantee their work for years. Any other plumber would have told us to RE pipe our whole house but they recommended more affordable options. All in all we spent about $325 bucks. Because I'm pregnant and my husband and I have a 1 year old we GENUINELY appreciated Alfredo not passing on our job on a weekend evening and coming through for us! Finally found a GOOD PLUMBER yay!
