Last year we bought a refrigerator. Although Andy Matviak has been rude to me and someone else we know, Amy was helpful on the phone. We sent her a Facebook message thanking her. Months later it has not been read and no thank you. I could have had free delivery from the larger stores but needed it ASAP. We decided to buy our new washer and dryer from one of them. Our new stove from another source.

We go there often to rent movies but have also purchased a freezer from them. On both ends they have excellent customer service but were especially helpful comparing models, features, etc of the freezers.

Pricing is a little more expensive than bigger stores in the Binghamton area but when you factor in the cost of delivery from Binghamton, they come out even. For the same item and friendlier service, I I will happily stick with the local guys.
