I would give them minus stars if I could. They came and worked on a leak and after it was covers we noticed it was still leaking through the wall. They came out and said we will look at it for $150 but we dont think its the same leak in the same exact area. Dont go with this company they will let you pipes leak and come and charge you again to fix. Total scam.

They are OK. My big problem is they do not charge by the hour but by the job. It just seemed a bit pricey in my estimation. Plus the plumber kept saying they could not guarantee stuff I needed done except for one thing. I don't think I will use them again.

I've used Venture Plumbing 3 times now from the simplest of projects to moderate. Each instance has been nothing but stellar. The first time Derek fixed a shower fixture. Shopped for a plumber for help and Derek was available and attentive to my needs. Fixed it without any issues and more importantly quickly. From contact to completion in under 24 hours. The second time was a little more serious. Had a leak in another shower that was internal. Called Venture and Norah was extremely helpful. This job was a bit bigger and a bit costlier. The communication between me and Norah and the flexibility from the team was super important as I was getting my finances in order. Last time I used Venture, there was an issue with a toilet as it was constantly running. I have a different schedule and Derek and Norah were great at scheduling a time that worked for me and quickly. The job was simple but Derek took the time to show me how to fix the issue so that I could do it myself next time. The amount of respect for the company goes without saying. Will always use Venture for all my plumbing needs without hesitation.

Venture Plumbing did a fabulous job on my mothers mobile home plumbing repair. She had flooded her bathroom and left it like that for weeks before we found out. Derek and his team came in and repaired all of the leaky plumbing going under the house and using cameras and re-piping and installing a new tub for a very reasonable price and it was done swiftly and with care and it came out great. We had them come out a couple times to check on something afterwards and they were right there within hours and fixed minor little repairs that frankly were not part of their scope. Highly recommend these plumbers.

I highly recommend Venture Plumbing. First company with honesty and integrity. They did great work in replacing my hot water heater; gave me great price and the customer service was off the chart. Their office manager Norah will go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of before, during and after the appointment. The work is signed off by the City and all is extremely well. I had some horrible experiences with other companies who came out to give me an estimate before Venture Plumbing came out. I wish I would have started with them. It would have saved a lot of time and hassle. Yes, there are still honest companies out there and Venture is certainly one of them.

My toilet leaked in the middle of the night on Sunday. I jumped on Yelp really quick to look for plumbers in the area, Venture popped up so I sent in a request early on Monday morning and got a response back super quick from Derek! He was able to schedule me same day. The plumber that came out was not only professional, but friendly and courteous. He fixed the leak in no time and explained the work that was done. I'm hoping to not have to need a plumber anytime soon, but if I do I will definitely be reaching out to them again!

Big thank you to Venture Plumbing for replacing our water heater. We called on Wednesday afternoon they said they would have someone available the next morning. The plumber was respectful and knowledgeable. Hopefully I won't need a plumber anytime soon, but if I do I know who will be my first call!

Ms. Norah's professionalism, promptness and due diligence was the reason I was thrilled to give business to this plumber subcontracting company. Technician by approach was trustable on the knowledge, experience of problem fixing. The shower drain flow was improved by replacing drain pipe, not by unclogging with the snake machine. Although lack of paper work, procedural things and sales rush by technician caused over pricing. First job was to unclogg two adajcent showers and do full interior camera investigation of whole house drain system. This interior camera inspection was not done for the whole house, external visual check was done and unclogging with snake was not successful as presented. Alternatively, second job, was to replace the drain pipe. Technician said it was full day job, he left in 4 hours(including homedepot visit), as something else was added to his workday list. Due to his sudden rush and possible greed, lack of ethical paper work and clarity of two separate estimates, I ended up paying for both camerainspection-unclogging and drain pipe replacement too. It costed me double the price of mid-point San Francisco bay area price. My humanly trust was mislead, by the lack of paper work, thorough review and hidden intent, ideally unclogging-camerainspection shouldn't have been charged, as nominal diagnosis+estimate fee was already paid in advance for the visit. Thanks to Norah for her superior service in scheduling and coordination. Rating is based on thoroughness of paper work and the technical job, pricing, integrity.
