Amazing! Raul is an old school plumber that is overly skilled in his craft. We have a large multi level commercial property that is old and in need of service. Raul completed a 3 hour walk thru and thoroughly evaluated our property. I am confident in the work that he has started and would highly recommend Velocity! Awesome service and experience. They came out same day for free to look at what was a very complicated planter drain issue in our HOA complex. Raul and his team spent lots of time researching the situation and exploring the options. They were really knowledgeable about the problem and it's source and gave honest advice on several different options and that the best solution was not with their company but with a landscaper, which I appreciated. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Eduardo and his team did a fantastic job installing a new sewer main line and cleaning the joining sewage lines from each one of my mother's property units. It was a huge job which became less overwhelming thanks to Eduardo explaining and demonstrating each part of his work and working with us on making it an affordable. Great Service, Fast Response, Fair and Free Estimate!
Just upgraded to a new tankless water heater. Raul was superbly professional and explained the process his team would take in a complete but also easily understood way.
Once I gave them the green light to move forward with the project his team got to work right away. They were expertly organized and fast, taking on the gas, plumbing and electrical aspects of the job like a well oiled machine.
A few short hours later and I had hot water from a great looking new device that is now in a new location and out of my way, unlike the bulky old school leaky tank.
I don't anticipate any problems with this unit or it's installation which is great peace of mind! But I know if I do have any problems or questions going forward, Raul and team will be back and solve them. Thanks guys!

I was contacted regarding a quote within minutes of my request. The team came out to inspect the job within an hour or so. They provided a very reasonable price for the job and were able to start working right away. The water heater replacement was done quickly, very professionally and with high-quality work. They cleaned the area very well upon completion and hauled away the old broken water heater. The team wore face masks during all interactions (COVID precautions) which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend this company and their services.

Raul and his assistant arrived on time and did a great job installing my 3 toilets within two hours! They keep my bathrooms clean cause they always use a shoe cover when inside the house and they do wear masks which is important during these times. They are very knowledgeable to answer all my questions and give recommendations I'm satisfied with. I definitely will call him again for my future plumbing project.

After sending a quote request on yelp to fix a broken garbage disposal, velocity was the first to respond. I ended up going with them, and they were out early afternoon.
A little bit of a rough start when they were late, but an apology was offered and accepted.

After checking, he informed me the disposal wasn't actually broken, just jammed and had turned off. I appreciated the honesty but was looking forward to a new, better garbage disposal, so I had him install the new one while he was out anyway.
He had it done in about 30 minutes and charged me less than he quoted. Overall, I'm really happy with the service and thought them honest and good workers.
