Exemplary example of fine individuals who came out on such a short notice (within 2 hours) to diagnose a leak pooling by the driveway. In a matter of minutes they determined that it wasn't my water main that was leaking but rather something the city had to take care of. They treated me with the upmost respect :)

These guys are great ! Had a complete shower backup on the evening of the Labor Day Holiday. I couldn't get anyone I normally used so called Velocity based upon their Yelp rating. George and Nieto came out within 30 minutes, cleared the drain and cleaned up the area ~ fast and efficient. But even better, cautioned me that they thought there was still some issue with the main drain that probably needed looking at or it probably wouldnt stay clear.. I had them come back the next day and scope the line and they confirmed that my main line had an obstuction - a closer look showed the main had cracked and was filled with roots from one of the old hedges in my yard. Not the kind of thing anyone wants to hear but their price to fix was competitive. Raul and George brought out their crew and got the job done very quickly. They showed me all the problems they found as they worked and again, worked fast, clean and clean and efficiently in a very safe manner. Will absolutely be using them again.

Amazing! Raul is an old school plumber that is overly skilled in his craft. We have a large multi level commercial property that is old and in need of service. Raul completed a 3 hour walk thru and thoroughly evaluated our property. I am confident in the work that he has started and would highly recommend Velocity! Awesome service and experience. They came out same day for free to look at what was a very complicated planter drain issue in our HOA complex. Raul and his team spent lots of time researching the situation and exploring the options. They were really knowledgeable about the problem and it's source and gave honest advice on several different options and that the best solution was not with their company but with a landscaper, which I appreciated. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
