I had a great experience with velocity plummers. The owner was very helpful and friendly he sent his brother on a Sunday to give me an estimate on my water heater that needs replacement. The Gas Co. red tagged my water heater while I was out of the country. I came back to cold water. I called my handy man but he was on vacation out of state. I yelped and asked for quotes for replacement. I got some responses from different plumbers right away but Velocity Rooter called me immediately. I told them my dilemma and Eduardo came out that night. He gave me a quote and I gave him the approval for the job. He said someone would be at my house at 8am. Two workers were at my house at 8am and did everything in about an hour and a half. I have hot water again! They did what they said they would and at the time.

The supply hose to the toilet was leaking and scheduled an appointment for late afternoon. It got worse all of a sudden, so I messaged back if someone could come sooner, and they did. I called and spoke to Raul when our previous plumber had a family emergency and couldn't install two bidets for us. He came out the next day to see what we needed done and made an appointment with us to install the bidets the next day. He came pretty much on time and did the jobs within two hours. His price was very reasonable and his work was great. We did end up having a small leak and called him at 9am the following morning. He came to our house within half an hour (on a Sunday) and fixed it. He was so kind and apologetic but we were happy that he came so quickly to fix the leak. I highly recommend Velocity for anyone with plumbing issues and needs.

I recently used Velocity Rooter & Plumbing Services to replace the water shut-off valve and temperature and pressure valve on a hot water heater. Had a problem with my pilot light on my water heater so I used the Yelp request quote! Within minutes I received a call from Raul from Velocity Rooter &Plumbing Services. He asked a couple of questions and had a lot of knowledge regarding my particular water heater said they had a lot of problems with the manufacturer so it concerned me a bit. He told me he would see me in an hour to two hours and got here way quicker than expected! He came out to my water heater and did what needed to be done to get the pilot lit.
