I received a promotion in the mail from Vegas Valley Plumbing. It offered a nice discount to have an annual water heater inspection and sediment flush. This offer has to be redeemed by October 31, 2023. I called today (October 26, 2023). I was told they no longer do this because they are too busy. I actually had additional services I needed performed, but when I was told this, I advised how disappointed I was. I also advised I am no longer a customer, and that I will be posting my disappointment on social media.

My experience with Vegas Valley Plumbing very good. Fast service and friendly staff. Josh was courteous and knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job installing a leak detector for me. Their price for the job was much more affordable than a few other companies I contact for the installation. I highly recommend.

Vegas valley plumbing is the best. They were responsive & on time. We were looking for an error code & beeping that they could not find. They felt water heater was operable. I wanted to make sure. So they had me check gas pressure & they did an annual maintenance just to be sure. They were professional & did a great job. my technician was Brian. he is the best !!! 23 years experience.

Brandon was awesome and very helpful and professional. He fixed my garbage disposal and water pressure in just minutes. A different company told me I needed a whole new water valve and that wasn't even the case. I will request Brandon anytime I have a plumbing issue from now on.

I can't say enough how amazing this plumbing company is. They are on-time, honest and professional. We were nervous that we had a pipe leak and potential mold in the house (from what our flooring guy told us) so they came out next day to inspect and found no evidence of either which was a relief for us since we have a 7 month old. They didn't even charge us to come out. I know for certain if we do have a plumbing issues we will absolutely call them to fix the issue.

Found out I had a leak from the upstairs bath to the half bath downstairs. Who knew? I do not use that bath until I had company use it last week. I was not going to go searching and the first company that came up on Angi was.
Vegas Valley. Talked to the owner, Keith, hung up thought about it and called him back, this was last Wednesday June 28th. Keith told me he could have one of his techs out by morning. Brian called me at 8 AM on June 29th and said he would be 11 minutes late. Yes, he was here at 8:20AM and immediately found the problem. Had to cut a hole in my ceiling. took pictures to show me and went to work. I now have a skylight to nowhere but that can be fixed at a later date when everything dries out. Brian was a very nice person, efficient and he was gone by 9:50AM. You need a plumber, call Vegas Valley, I will recommend Vegas Valley to anyone asking if I know of a plumber.

I had work done to replace the hardware in my shower tub combo. I called them to come back out, the spout was still dripping. called Monday and appointment was for Friday. they called to reschedule 30min before my appointment. $500 for subpar work. When I scheduled the first appointment I received a call asking if they could come earlier now since you need to fix it, I'm being rescheduled?

Brian is the best! After getting astronomical bids from two other companies to replace two gas lines, I was so grateful to find Brian. He didn't try to have work done that wasn't necessary, as the other companies tried to do. He was fair, knowledgeable, and got the job done fast.
