We have used Mike for two projects. The first was an emergency call the night before Thanksgiving to stop a shower running nonstop from a broken cartridge. The second was a scheduled project to replace our kitchen faucet. Mike is a terrific communicator. He explained the work and the cost upfront. He was prompt, efficient. and clean. Mike is easy to work with and creates a stress-free environment. We will use him again!

Had a toilet making a loud horn noise. Michael came over to investigate after only about 1 hour or less from sending the request on Yelp. He determined it was the fill value. He left to buy new parts then came back 20 minutes later. He replaced the fill value and also the flapper. He tested several times to ensure it was working properly. The toilet flushing sounded normal again. Michael was great and quick with diagnosing and fixing our issue! In addition, also a pleasure to talk to! Will be reaching out to Michael and Vegas Drain Masters for any future plumbing issues!

Called 3 other shops and got voicemail machines. Called Vegas Drainmasters and Mike was able to come over about 30 minutes after we spoke with him. Took care of our problem quickly and expertly. So happy with his help that we asked him to take care of a couple more non emergency items. He ended up coming back on a Sunday to finish everything up for us and then returned an hour later to make sure there weren't any problems. Really nice guy and excellent work. We recommend this company and will use them again without hesitation, should the need arise.

Called several plumbing company's, please don't use Benjamin Franklin, or Yes plumbing, or any of those big companies that steal your money. Had a couple clogged toilets, and I got charged 900 and 800 and another company tried to sale me another toilet. When simply Micheal came out and solved the solution and problem within 10 minutes. Don't need a new toilet and definitely didn't pay close to the other quotes. Gave me a great price, great service. I will 100 percent use Micheal in the future for all my other plumbing needs. Again thank you Micheal for being honest and fair.

A real weekend warrior!

We woke up Saturday morning to no hot water and found our water heater leaking out consistently. In need of a quick repair, I started looking up companies in the area. Most were closed or didn't answer the phone, but luckily we got ahold of Mike.

After speaking to him about the issue, he showed up within an hour to diagnose the problem and gave us the price of the job before starting any work. He kept us updated throughout the job and before we knew it, water was flowing hotter than ever!

We had a broken water line going to a holding tank on a property. Mike came out of short notice and took care of fixing the line including getting some unusual parts. He came back multiple times over several days to get the connection exactly right and kept things perfectly clean and packaged with minimal involvement from us.
