We had a severe clog in the main sewer line from the house to the street. Another plumbing company came out and snaked the line without any success. They recommended Vegas Drain Masters and I am so happy they did. Mike was at our home not 2 hours later to run the hydro jetter through the line. He was upfront about why the line was clogged and gave an honest quote for clearing. This is a professional company with the newest type of equipment, Michael's knowledge and honesty was on point to answer our concerns and questions. We are very happy with this company and the service that was provided. Thank you Mike!

My home warranty company referred this company, and they gouged me for $100.00 on top of the $65 home warranty fee for a video lookup of the toilet. They failed to unclog the sewer drain from my back toilet and then said that I needed a video to see what was clogging the pipe; which failed to show anything because the pipe was still backed up and only showed murky water. They couldn't get the video scope far enough and wanted to schedule a hydro jetting to clear the sewer. Further, they said they'd email me the video that cost me $100 extra but later said they couldn't because their SD card was full and wouldn't refund the charge.

The service technician/owner was condesending and only wanted to gouge me for further service AND couldn't unclog the drain. They only went in 25' and said they couldn't go further...they didn't have a longer auger with them and wouldn't further service the problem without a fee that would have been over $1,000.

I later convinced the warranty company to send another company, for an additional $65.00 fee; but I had already unclogged the pipe by running hot water in, letting it slow drain and repeating the process until it was unclogged...they new company did visit, for the normal fee, and told me I had cast iron pipes and the previous technician wasn't a licensed plumber and ran the incorrect auger, which was also too short to resolve the issue, and the previous technician could have broken my cast iron pipe by running the auger head that they used...

The technician was absolutely the worst and most unethical person I've dealt with in over a decade.

Do youself a favor and use a different company.

I can not say enough good things about Michael Day and his helper. I called several companies all that said they had Emergency Repairs! They did not, Vegas Drain Masters did.
Michael and his assistant where early, professional, explained what they needed to do and why. They then went about doing the job as quickly as possible and were very through. Part of our cleaning of the pipes included a camera so that we could watch the progress and see the issue for the future and our maintenance plan going forward.

We reached out to Drain Masters due to low water pressure in the kitchen. This was the second time we have used Drain Masters. Michael was prompt, the service was affordable and most importantly, he diagnosed the cause for the deposit buildup and provided estimates to eliminate future issues. Highly recommend!

Beware Beware Beware.

My warranty assigned a sink drainage clog issue to Vegas Drain Masters. Service man came in on time, He has a terrible breath, i had to cover my nose to speak with him.

By the time i (landlord) arrived, plumber is on his way out and told me he snaked the sink pipe but it did not fix the issue and its a major problem as seen by his camera he sent down through the pipe, he also said the pipes requires jetting to fix the issue and gave me a bill of $1675 and further told me he is giving me a discount lol.

What he doest know is, I am handy too. i acted novice so i can listen to all the BS talk withstanding his stinky breath, i am not kidding, i have to look the other way while he is speaking.

After he left, i snaked the pipe and magically water started to drain without any issues. Its been almost 3 to 4 weeks and we have zero issues, so i am damn sure snaking the pipe worked.

What this tells me, the service man (Plumber) intentionally lied and tried to take advantage of us.

Well i am cautioning you, if you are planning to use this company for your future plumbing problems. use them at your own risk.

On a side note, i got a quote from another plumber for jetting the pipes and it is $300 , so they tried to cheat me on pricing too.

I am attaching a picture of the estimate so you believe what i am saying.

------ as there is no way i can respond to false response to the claims made by Plumber to my original review, i am adding this additional insight as a response to his false claims ----- asked him for the video evidence and he never shared it with me. Coming to $300 Quote i will upload it shortly so you all know whom to use for future business without being taken advantage.
I am not being silly by saying this, this plumber is a fraud and liar and dishonest person. Look at the estimate he gave me, you will know. Evidence is right infront of you.
I am also going to report this to Couple of warranty companies i work with, managing my rental homes so this guy does not get business , just for his bad attitude & dishonesty. He should have gracefully accepted his mistake of trying to take advantage of me rather he is trying to further justify his false claims & dishonesty. Once again look at the estimate he provided and you will know better.

Highly recommend this company! Small co., but quality workmanship. I had issues with my drain at my business. I scheduled appointment the very next day he was there to take a look for the problem which he resolved. MIchael D. was very polite and informative, he also is very reasonable to work out the best prices compared to other co. I'm glad I've chosen this co. Honesty & Quality work is sooo satisfying after the job is done....Mahalo Michael.

Very respectful and reliable. Would recommend to my family. Had three different companies come out and no one could figure the problem out. Drain masters came out and fixed my problem in 30 minutes for half the cost as the other companies.

Our toilets sounded possessed... gurgling and bubbling! I just knew a priest was going to be needed lol. I contacted Vegas Drain Masters and they came out to my home same day. I was able to look in the my pipes and the explanation of what they were doing put my mind at ease!!! Oh and very affordable!
