We appeared to have overloaded a circuit causing two rooms to lose power and one other room's outlets to lose outlet power. I couldn't get the breaker to reset again. I needed someone who could come out on a Sunday because one of the rooms was my office and I work remotely. Vector was quick on their response and was able to find someone to come out and help us out on a weekend. They fixed the breaker and also resolved the issue we'd already been having of most of the outlet-effected room's outlets not working for a while previous to this. Very pleased with the work and to have all those outlets be usable again! Would recommend them.

I haven't had any service by Vector but will certainly after talking with one of the owners on the phone when we do need something. He spent a good 20 minutes of his time, on a Saturday giving me advice to help me before even offering services. To me that is about the best thing ever. I have them at the top of my call list now.

Reliable, efficient, friendly, cost effective. How often do you hear all those words to describe the same vendor? Yet, these are the words I would use to describe Vector Services. Being a landlord, I needed a quick turn around for the comfort of my tenants yet something cost effective. Tom was amazing to work with and was very professional and direct. Tim and Landon did the install with the utmost professionalism. They left the work site clean and did everything in a timely manner.
I cannot recommend Vector more. They will always be my go to for services including HVAC in the twin cities metro.
