This company only has a backflow testing certificate and they are not licensed to do repairs or replacement of any devices . They do not have a contractors license and stated that they still replace backflows and that they do it all of the time. I was told by the Fire Department that it is a legal requirement to have a contractors license for replacement or repairs of the backflow or to work on the system. This company is tampering with fire lines and domestic water lines without the proper licensing, training , and testing . I will be reporting this company to the contractors state license board to protect other consumers. I have reported them to the Fire Department also. Consumers beware because you will not be protected by licensing and insurance even though the company misrepresents itself

I had called a different backflow service last year and it was painful. Trying to get a hold of them trying to get the invoice trying to get any kind of response.

Vc Backflow responded promptly and came out the same day to test my Backflow . John came out and was very quick and efficient and was very friendly . After the job was done They sent in all the documents for me, I didn't have to do anything on my end !!! I will now always us this company in the future! Thank you

Im not one to leave reviews but this is definitely a must. I own a airbnb in Ventura County and need someone to test my backflow. Was searching and searching the web then someone referred me to VC Backflow. Impressive website, quick response, process was easy from start to finish. Called to get additional information very pleasant gentlemen John answered all my question. Went online to schedule an appointment which was a breeze. Per my cameras, the tech showed up on time and completed the test. Then i was informed by the tech all was good. They sent the results to the water company and was advised I can pay online and will see invoice as well. You can never trust someone will be completely honest especially when you are unable to be on the property as well. Its hard to find a good company but I found mine. My new backflow company for all my testing, repairs or replacing needs. Will definitely be using them again. Thank you VC BACKFLOW.

This was the first time using VC Backflow. They got out there promptly and tested and repaired the unit. They sent the information to the water company and got us up and running.
Their prices are reasonable and they seem very honest.
We have been using another company for probably 25 years, but we are now switching to VC Backflow for all our future backflow needs.
