We had a great experience with Vaughn's! We just moved to Green River from Oregon and had purchased a house. The lower level drains were all backing up with sewage on the 3rd day of our ownership! It was scary and we were exhausted. They came out and repaired the problem immediately even though they had to delay other jobs to do so. They did an excellent job. They were here for 3 hours. They explained the problem and potential solutions to us should the problem recur. The charge with $450.00 - we thought it quite reasonable considering the exceptional effort they made to assist us and the wonderful service we received. We highly recommend Vaughn's Plumbing!

Our furnace went out suddenly, it was late in the evening when we discovered it had stopped working. Vaughns had a service technician to our house first thing the next morning. Technician checked all of our gas appliances (water heater, furnace, fireplace) for safe operation while he was there. He did find that the furnace was beyond repair and tagged it as dangerous. I called Keaton and Gavin to find out what my next steps were, they gave me a price below what I expected to pay for a new furnace, and had a team at our door immediately to install it. People think the big guys are expensive, I will argue that. Excellent service at a fair price. Simply the best.

My floor drain was backing up and I called Vaughn's to clean the line. A service man was sent to clean the line. He complained about the clean out being cast iron and not wanting to try to open it up so he went through an overflow in the floor drain which didn't help because it was backing up again later within a week. The service man was a complete moron who didn't know what he was doing and didn't even try to do the job correctly and still charged me 2 hours to do nothing. Vaughn's management will not stand behind their employee's work and wanted to charge me again to come out and do the job again. I would not recommend using Vaughn's Heating & Plumping.

I am very sad and shocked by our recent transaction with Vaughns Plumbing and Heating. When they did WARRANTY work on our water heater, they charged us for 3 hours of labor! The plumber was at our house for 45 minutes. We have been customers for over 20 years. We were not given any paperwork nor did we sign anything. I am very disappointed.
