The person that comes and looks or fix your home is not how he says he is, he is a person that put Vaughns Drainage and Plumbing in someone else name and that is fraud and the IRS and the State knows about it.

I can't recommend this company as they don't stand behind their work. I had a pipe repaired behind my water heater and I also had them reinstall the water heater. The next day I noticed one of the pipes was leaking. He came back out the following day to repair it. A couple of days later I noticed a drain line was leaking. It was leaking because he forgot to put cement around one of the joints. After waiting a week and a half I just fixed it myself. The guy did come back once to fix it but it 20 minutes earlier than he was supposed to and he just rang the doorbell twice and left. Never called my phone although he told his boss he did. He also told me he was outside ringing my doorbell for 15 minutes. That's a lie, I know because I checked my cameras. The owner called me over a week and a half later asking if the guy ever came back I said no and that I had fixed it myself. He stated that he would refund $50. That was almost a week ago. Before I fixed the leak myself I had talked to the owner several times and he kept saying he was going to send the guy back. I'd stay away from this company if you're looking for someone that will stand behind their work.

Garbage service. Quote me for a job , put on the wrong hardware on my gas line that useless for what I needed it for, then treat me like I'm stupid that it's on me to go get an adapter for the wrong fitting they put on. If the correct hardware wasn't available then don't quote the job and say you can do it.

I don't even know where to begin! Vaughn and Bongo were so awesome, so fast, extremely thorough, explained and showed me everything they did. I am very pleased with their work, professionalism and they're also very funny! They were a pleasure to do business with and I will definitely call them again for anything else I need. It really does pay off to do business with experienced, compassionate professionals. (Ask Bongo how old he is...you'll never believe it!)

Charged $65 just for an estimate. Showed up without any tools. Looked at the ground where the sewer line leak was and quoted $450 to just dig 2 feet and then they would give us another estimate

We had them into our home and they gave us an estimate for the job in writing. They wrote very little on the ticket, did the minimum to just get the toilet workingand promised they would come back the next day to finish it and bring a piece. They never did and then they tried to tell us that we told them not to fix the rest of it. The toilet still is not working condition. And they want more money to fix it. I am disgusted with the customer service.
