We've had Ken from Vaughan's Plumbing come out multiple times for various plumbing issues. Ken is prompt and reliable, and very honest. He has decades of experience in plumbing and can diagnose and fix your issue quickly and efficiently. Also he has a decent amount of repair parts in his truck so there isn't much back and forth from the plumbing house for parts. He is also great about repairing fixtures as opposed to recommending you replace them. Most plumbers we've used have been aggressive about having us replace things (which can get pricey!) rather than repairing them (which is more work for them!). He has always been very honest and his prices are very fair (lower than what I expected).
