I had a sink with a rusted flange and not being handy, I called a plumber. After getting a quote that seemed expensive from another company I called Vaughn Plumbing who had strong reviews. Greg returned my call quickly and within the hour, Sean and Sam showed up and did the repair, saving $120 over the price quoted me from the other company. They were reasonably priced, courteous, timely and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I been using Vaughan plumbing for a couple years now. For every project around the house, big or small. I just had a laundry hook up and a water heater installed, the work was done right and in a timely manner. Greg was professional, patient and his prices are reasonable.

Couldn't have been happier given the circumstances. Our boiler cut out in the middle of a cold snap and after looking around the neighborhood, I'm happy I picked Vaughan.

Our boiler was completely shot and needed to be replaced. During the first visit, they tried everything they could to at least hold me over till the new boiler arrived. As a first time homeowner and new to the area, I was very nervous about being in a situation where I had to deal with a dead boiler in the dead of winter.

They answered all my questions, were very professional, great to talk to, and unusually courteous (which is a wonderful thing. I appreciate a business that really cares about their customers). They even went out of their way to make sure that the room was clean before they left and little stuff like that says a lot about the people who work for a business.

TLDR: Great Company run by Great People that care about People

You've won me over as a loyal customer so rest assured if I run into a serious plumbing issue that I can't tackle, I'm calling you guys. Thanks for everything.

My water heater broke in the night, I left a message asking for an estimate. A technician showed up exactly in the time window I was given, he was impressively knowledgeable out lining the different options I inquired about and inspected the existing plumbing. The. estimate he gave was very reasonable (and better than what my neighbors had paid one and three years ago for the same units with similar set up).

The job was started right away and completed within short time.

Excellent service. Worked well with HOA to work within Water shut-off timeframe. It was a speedy fix to repair toilet and fix a pipe leak. Would highly recommend and use again! They were very quick and found them on yelp!

Greg and his team can through early morning. Furnace turned off overnight and I texted him at 7am and he had Chris over to fix it by 8am! Only feedback is that invoice does not always show a breakdown of labor and parts replaced so you have to ask. Keep up the good work!

I called Vaughan Plumbing regarding an emergency repair. They couldn't provide service, but immediately gave me the name of someone who could come over. Their help, without any compensation was fully appreciated. I will hire them without hesitation in the future, to help remodel. Very professional.

Last year, Greg installed an automatic feeder for my steam heating units. He was on time, professional and friendly. Last week, I needed to flush the units of the dirty water and forgot how to do it with the new feeders. I called him and he explained the process step by step. I did it! Thank you Greg for taking the time to help me. That steam heating system looks like a scary basement monster and now I know how to take care of it. I hope not to have any plumbing problems in the future, but if I do I will be calling Vaughan Plumbing & Heating!
