My furnace and water heater were setting off my CO detectors. Kenny at Vasquez came in right away and saved the day. His happy communication on the phone, text, and his photo-sharing app allowed me to receive his recommendations and understand what needed to be done. Even with snow-covered roads and freezing cold weather, he worked late, installed new parts, and re-built a vent exhaust pipe. You can tell how experienced he is as he's memorized the building codes and knows the correct way to make repairs. I've used him before and will use his whenever I need someone.

I had a pipe leak under the house and had to shut off my water because the drip was pretty bad along the interior wall. He responded promptly and replaced the part at fault. He explained what caused the issue and how to prevent it in the future - I have to leave the yard hose spigot open whenever the cabin is winterized. While he was here I mentioned I'd need a new kitchen sink faucet in the future and he was able to put in a nice new faucet right then and there! Everything was efficient and he was well priced, I was even able to pay over Venmo. Would highly recommend him.

My heater suddenly went out on me in the early hours on a cold winter morning. Of course most establishments are closed Sundays, so I came to Yelp to find a freelance servicer. First person I called had no availability for two days. Second person was Kenny (Vasquez). Kenny picked up right away and stated he would be over within the hour. True to his word he showed up about thirty minutes later. Thankfully I had a simple fix and after a quick diagnosis Kenny had my furnace running in minutes. Price was a bit steeper than what I am used to, but it being up on the mountain, near instant service, and on a Sunday, I can't complain. If you're in need of service and want speed and convenience I definitely recommend giving Kenny a call.

After being told by BBL Fire Dept that I needed to have my wall unit serviced ASAP, I was scrambling to find someone to come out to our vacation home on a Sunday. We had guests coming too so time of the essence was imperative. Another company I called was reluctant to give a quote by phone. He just kept saying he would be charging double because it was Sunday & he didn't know how long it would take to get to our house due it the traffic in town.

Thankfully, when I called Kenny, he picked up right away, advised of his standard hourly fee & stated he could be there within the hour.

True to his word, Kenny reached my home within the hour, serviced our wall unit & the cost was what we were quoted.

My guests & I were very appreciative having things handled so quickly. I would highly recommend Kenny & his company to anyone in need!

Do not use this company, they are over priced and took advantage of a situation. My girl friend called for service on a clogged toilet we live in the Los Angeles area. They didn't give a quote just called us after it was done and it was outrageous bill. According to Mr. Vasquez it took 3 guys to unplug a toilet. It's my opinion this company takes advantage of absentee owners. Run for the hills before using this company....
