Bob is the absolute BEST!!!! We were away on vacation and it was reported to us we had a leaking pipe. Bob responded immediately and repaired the leak almost immediately.This was a real worry for us while we were away. It was so great to have someone so reliable and so responsive there to help us out. He is so fair in his pricing. I won't ever call anyone but Bob Vasco for any and all plumbing needs. This is not the first time he has done work at our home, and we appreciate his professionalism and reliability. He and his staff have truly earned their 5 stars!! Thanks a million, Bob!!!

Bob saved my butt plumbing wise twice now! I called him the first time to replace my toilet flange which was cast iron. He quoted me without seeing the work and when it was a little more than he bargained for he stuck to his price. Not only that but he did a fantastic job replacing it making it the perfect height and cutting the pipe down so it would seal perfect.

The second time I had him come out it was to help me install my bathtub. I couldn't take the old one anymore and honestly looked at a lot of options. I almost got it re-coated but I knew I wanted things done right. So I took out the old tub and drywall and bought a new tub. Now's when the fun started. I personally had no clue how to connect a tub. All I knew was that I'd have to get someone to do it for me. I bought the hardware and a couple guys I knew told me ""oh yeah I can help you out man!"" Famous last words. Word to the wise don't let anyone do you favors. All my ""friends"" wanted to cut corners and never showed up. So again I called Bob. He quoted me a fair price so I hired him.

I was just blown away! He replaced all the plumbing from the main pipe up with new copper pipes (Not the cheap plastic everyone uses!) He even raised the height of the shower head for me. He even used 2x4 lumber to build a rest for the lip of the tub so it would drain in my unlevel house haha. To go one step further he even sealed the cracks between the wood under the tub and the gaps in the wall with some foam spray. To say he went above and beyond my expectations is an understatement. Then to top it off he said it was cheaper than he quoted. Bob is one heck of a guy. I'm going to use him on all my plumbing problems and recommend him to my friends and family for all of theirs!

Local plumber for my area who called me back within just a couple of hours after I left a message that my hot water heater was out. I wasn't going to be able to meet him for the replacement for two days so he talked me through everything I needed to do to shut down the water and gas to my heater and get it draining so it stopped leaking in the mean time. He showed up right at the scheduled time and did a very professional job, leaving the area neater than how he found it.

Great service. We recently had our kitchen faucet and garbage disposal replaced. To my surprise, they even reworked the pipe underneath the sink to give us some more storage space in the cabinet! Fair and honest people. I highly recommend them.

I had problem hooking up my washing machine to the hot water pipe. Besides it being corroded, it turned out to be pipe thread instead of hose thread. He was able to diagnose and fixed the issue within an hour at a fair price. I think I found my plumber, but I hope I don't have to call him again. :D

Excellent.....I was referred to Bob from another plumber I have had do work but was too busy to meet my current plumbing needs.

Bob did exactly what he said he would do, was professional and fair and transparent from a pricing perspective. He installed a new shower controller, did work on the shower drain and also installed a tile ready shower pan.

I will call Bob again for future plumbing work and will refer others to him without hesitation. Thank you Bob!

I normally only write about very bad or very good company. And this is one that is on the very good side. The guy is quick got the two job done in a lower than I expect price. So what can I ask more from a company.

I don't always write reviews, but this one is necessary. I used Vasco plumbing yesterday for a plumbing inspection. He was very detailed and efficient. It seems like this guy really loves what he does and doesn't just do it for the bucks, like most businesses. He made it easy to understand the plumbing lingo. And it really gave me piece of mind knowing what was going on under the house. I will be using his services for any plumbing needs I could encounter later on.

I initially called Diablo Rooter, who referred me to Bob Vasco Plumbing because it was shortly before Christmas and they were swamped. Bob was busy, too, but he squeezed me in for a 12:30 appointment a couple of days away, on a Friday; I suspect he was using his lunch time to help me.
He was right on time, or even a few minutes early, and he wasted no time. I've had problems for months with leaks under my kitchen sink, as well as the faucet dripping and driving me crazy. He found two sources for the leaks and replaced two plastic pipes that my landlord had installed incorrectly, as well as replacing the hot and cold water handles under the sink, and he also fixed the faucet. He was there for a little over an hour, but the total cost was only $156.
This was the first time I ever had to call in a plumber and I was a little fearful because I've heard horror stories, but this was a really positive experience. Bob and his helper were both really friendly, and he explained the problems and what he was doing as he went along. Even my cat liked him.
Every time I use the sink I'm still thrilled that it's no longer dripping and leaking! I should have called them weeks ago; it would have saved me a lot of aggravation.

We had an issue with our pipes that was causing the master bathroom to smell every time anyone used any bathroom (not just the master). This is a bit mysterious of course, but Bob crawled around under the house and found out that the previous owner installed a very large bath tub without a vent.

The idea was if we capped the drain on the tub, the smell would go away. It actually did, but then we found a separate problem. Our main drain was backing up and water was escaping from underneath the toilet in a different bathroom. This was not Bob's fault at all, but he still replaced the wax ring on the toilet (no charge) and referred me to Diablo Rooter.

Diablo Rooter came out and cleared the blockage quickly for a good price. So Bob gets 5 stars for his work, niceness to replace a wax ring at no charge when he didn't have to, and referring us to a good company when it was a job he didn't have the equipment to do.
