I had a water emergency during the night that required my turning the water off to the whole house. I had heard of this business so called them first thing in the morning. They sent 2 employees right away and solved the problem in less than an hour. I would not hesitate to recommend them if you need a plumber. They are the best!!!!

In the slightly more than one year I have owned my current home, I have called Alex and his team to resolve problems large and small. I've had him change faucets, repair leaks and change my home heating from oil to gas. In every situation, whatever the problem, he has responded with prompt service, professional assessment and fair pricing. I suppose one.can quibble about his responsiveness (and some of this criticism is undoubtedly warranted), but for all his real and perceived failings, in my book Alex and company are the best ""go to"" guys in the business for any plumbing and heating work required.

I have been dealing with this company ever since Alex became the owner. Alex is prompt, courteous, reliable and yes...he's very competent. His prices are reasonable. He did two bathrooms for me and has worked on my boiler as well. He's the best.

Plumbing problem this time: once again, they were out the same day, within a few hours. The owner, Alex, came. He was once again friendly and accommodating (removed his shoes per our request) and even though he had to go out to get an extra part, provided a receipt and didn't give us any hassle about the time he spent going to get it. Stayed to make sure the leak was completely stopped. Happy with the service as always.

I only called this guy because the previous owner had an ""arrangement"" with this company. I made 2 appointments with him to service my heating system. He consistently misses the appointments I make with him, and calls me back 3 hours later with some lame excuse why he couldn't make it . I understand that things come up, but time is precious and we cant just sit around and wait for people to show up.
