Jake was a life saver for us! One of our kids (or the dog) broke off a hose bib out in our yard that required us to shut off the water to the house, which we discovered at 10 pm at night. Having three little kids and no running water for toilet flushing, baths, hand washing, etc. is really hard (especially as my kids seem dirtier than most).

Jake responded so promptly and came out first thing the next morning. Even though he was super busy, he was able to slide us in at the last minute. He fixed it right away and we up and running again by 10 am. Totally saved us! Jake was fast, friendly, kind, knowledgeable and a consummate professional -- all you could ask for in a plumber! And he charged a very reasonable rate and didn't gouge us even though he knew we were in a very tight spot.

Jake came out and saved me from do it yourself nightmare. I was replacing a faucet no problem when the old steel drain crumbled. He PVCed it in no time. As his attitude and price were very good I had the bottom bathroom shower/bath combo replaced and a beat up toilet as well. House is now ready to sell. Jake, the owner, was incredibly responsive and determined to help when we had flooding due to a blockage . It required his returning several times with more specialized equipment.
