We are so happy that we called Vardell's Air Conditioning when my mom's air stopped being cool on Thur (100 outside) they squeezed her in since she is 70 and knew she can't do the heat. They came puller her fan motor then gave her a portable unit to put in her room so she can stay cool. They went above and beyond for us and we recommend them to anyone needing air service!

My tenant called at the start of a major heatwave saying the AC was not working! Matt at Vardell is amazing. He fit this project in to his very busy schedule. The motor needed replacement. Matt had a problem removing some corroded part and knew who to go to to get this done. They have been in business for 50+ years and are knowledgable, reliable, professional, and HONEST ! Vardells does not try to rope you in to service contracts or deals. Their customer service and communication is TOP NOTCH! Being a distant owner I feel safe and assured that Vardell's will do the right thing at the right price. So Thankful.

I've used Vardell's on multiple occasions and have A+ service every time. They came out the day I called last summer during a 110+ heatwave on a Tuesday and had my AC working again Wednesday morning. Every shop I called before them told me 2+ weeks. I won't call any other shop now, Vardell's rocks!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Without a doubt this is the MOST unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. Heat went out thanksgiving week. They promised to come out and they did but they didn't have the part to fix it. Waited more than a week to get it fixed because once the part came in it was faulty and they had to order another. Once that one came in heater still didn't work. Turned out it was a simple fix that didn't require replacement of the original piece but the technician was new and had no idea what he was doing. Plus he wouldn't refer to me by my name and kept calling me ""hun"". He only stopped once I threatened a sexual harassment suit. I would never deal with this company again.

I had Duane, I think the owner do a couple jobs for me and he was always fast and courteous, He's fair and honest and was there in my time of need. He wasn't pushy and did what was needing with honest suggestions and no up sells! Thanks again!

In the apartment where I reside, A/C unit not performing. Made my manager aware of the difficulty, Vardell's referred their tech, Matt, to initiate contact and schedule the service call. Matt was polite and incredibly professional over the phone and made himself available in my window of availability to get the service taken care of. The difficulty was in a replacement piece that Matt had available and was able to repair in no time! And what a likable young man!! Thank you for your help, Matt, and thank you Vardell's for your immediate response!! I am a very appreciative woman right about now!!!

Our AC went out on a Saturday night and I wasn't able to call anyone until Monday morning. I called around and Duane was able to get a technician out that afternoon. Matt was great at transferring the information and Duane text me with an estimate. Unfortunately our unit needed to be replaced due to it being completely corroded. It was a pretty old unit and they switched us over to a newer unit and had to change the inside of our coil up in the attic as well. They did have a busy schedule because it was in the middle of summer, they took care of me as quickly as possible. Came out on a Monday morning, the job took about 3 hours and he saved me $700 on the coil from the original quote he gave me. I'll be honest I wasn't happy with the installation date he gave me going a week without AC at 107 degrees didn't sound fun! I had to be understanding and I know he was trying his very best to take care of us, he even tried moving his schedule around to get it completed sooner. Happy I chose them and it was worth the wait Duane and his team were very helpful, knowledgeable, and honest service, I would recommend them to family and friends for sure. They have great financing options as well which really helped in this unexpected cost for my family.

The person that came out wouldn't even get on the roof to look at the system. Sent an apprentice up who said there was nothing wrong with the system. I knew better because it was blowing warm air. He was rude and condescending to us when we asked him questions. The system was fixed by someone else the next day with a $28.00 part. Would NEVER recommend using them to anyone.
