Left numerous calls for service on a system they installed. The lady on the telephone was nice, but highly ineffective as far as scheduling an appointment. No one followed up after a dozen or so calls and I went with another local company which completed the task within three days of my phone call. Very disappointing. No loyalty to prompt paying customers with this outfit.

Technician was prompt, reliable and didn't appear to overcharge for actual time on job, as well as hourly cost, as compared to others. Was communicative and upfront on the issue and options, as well as acquiring needed item low cost. Communicated on times if needed to change. Highly recommend.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. 10 calls not returned. Same thing happened to a friend. We finally gave up. Do not work with this company. They are just awful.
